We really loved this hotel, the staff is very friendly and very helpful and they all spoke English fairly well. We were able to check in much earlier than expected which was welcome since we had just spent the night awake on the flight into Portugal. Our room was very modern and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It's very close to Lisbon but at a fraction of the cost! Our room had a king sized bed which seems to be very rare in Portugal. The room and the facilities are very clean. We are very fussy and we picked this hotel because the rating was very high and were not disappointed.

The outside of this hotel does not do the place justice - we thought it was closed up. But when we checked the street entrance we found it very much open. The receptionist pointed in the direction of a lovely restaurant within walking distance which added to our one night experience.

we really enjoyed staying here it was spotlessly clean the staff were so freindly and helpful always a smile and a cheery greeting. I cant make any comments on the cafe as we would have our breakfast in our room and go out for the day.The swimming pool is in a lovely setting with changing areas showers etc but it was freezing! and as the temperature was in the 90s we thought it would get a little warm but the stars of this aparthotel were definately the staff

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our 2-week long voyage in Portugal and Spain because of its proximity to the Lisbon airport and local beaches. This hotel is old and knew better times, but the staff do their best to make it feel good. There's nothing specific to complain about. If you have to stay in Setubal, you can stay here as this hotel looks no worse than the town itself. At least, it's authentic. Otherwise, stay in way more cheerful Sesimbra or Troy Peninsula across the river.
