"The check-in staff were incredible. The gentleman who helped us could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to assist us. Parking can be a bit challenging if you are unable to get a spot in the hotel's parking area, and he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the options. The level of service throughout our stay was outstanding.
The pool area was very nice and a great place to relax. Bar service at the pool was average, and there was no background music, which made the atmosphere feel a bit quiet at times.
The hotel itself is older and somewhat dated in certain areas, but it has a classic charm that fits the property well. While some updates could be beneficial, the exceptional service more than made up for it."
