"The room is fantastic and the owner is very friendly. We loved having coffee, as much water as you want and bikes to ride around the islands. I was unsure whether Gili Air would be a bit too busy for us but we loved it. There are lots of nice restaurants. We are now at Gili Meno but wish we had stayed longer here and done a day trip to Gili Meno instead. If you are looking at this hotel book it! And do a day trip to one of the other islands instead."

"We stayed at Utara for 3 nights leading up the the New Year. The service here was fantastic. Location was brillant as it was a hidden gem away from any business. We upgraded to the “Gold Honeymoon package” which included bicycles to get around on which was fabulous and very convenient, romantic dinner for 2, massage and a private snorkeling trip on a glass boat. Was very fun! Thank you for the amazing stay and excellent service. Highly recommend! "

"Very nice family running this place. They always greet you with a smile and the workers there, specially Domino, was very polite. Every issue we had or a simple request about an extra towel got always replied with “No worries friend, enjoy your vacation”. "Best or top 3 hotels I have been to , excellent. It’s one year old and better than the photos. It’s not very complex to have multiple restaurants and swimming pools but it has all you need. Beautiful rooms, excellent private pool, amazing view, good all inclusive meals. It is a total relaxation paradise piece. Only downside maybe not so many options for breakfast buffet and the lift was not working some times but there were buggy to take to to your room always. Well done to the designer and owner. Also some rooms had privacy issues when in the private pool. Should have thought better. But overall excellent place to relax and visit Lombok and nearby Gillis "
