My recent stay at Hotel Horison Seminyak Bali was absolutely fantastic, largely due to the impeccable service provided by Sima. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, Sima went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. The hotel itself boasts comfortable and spacious accommodations, breathtaking views, and a convenient location in Seminyak. However, what truly sets it apart is the outstanding hospitality delivered by Sima and the rest of the staff. Sima's attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist with any request made my stay truly memorable. Whether it was recommending local attractions, arranging transportation, or ensuring that all my needs were met, Sima consistently exceeded my expectations. Their genuine care and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction are commendable and greatly appreciated. I was here with a friend of mine for 2 weeks one of the best experiences i delt with the staff made it so much better big shout out to hundra he was the lead man got us everything we needed and can definitely make a good cocktail can definitely recommend this hotel
