Checking out I was wanting to collect my $50 deposit and they refused to give it to me because of dirty bedding but I told them the sheets and blankets were dirty when I entered the room Long story short f*ck this place"

"The front desk ladies were exceptional. Very friendly and communicative. Can only described as sunshine in a bottle. We picked the hotel for the pool which unfortunately is under construction. We would have chosen a different hotel because of this but that isn’t the hotels fault that isn’t listed on orbitz. It should be noted though if it is your defining factor for a hotel. The room was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Lots of options and even our kids didn’t complain. The location is great. Lots of shopping and restaurants within a few miles. Would recommend the hotel and would stay here again once the pool opens."

"The hotel has some positive features, including ample parking, a decent-sized room, and a refrigerator, which was convenient during our stay. The staff was polite and professional, and the overall check-in process was smooth. However, the property is in need of renovations. The bathroom was quite small, and the hotel felt dated in several areas. While the stay was adequate, it did not meet my expectations overall. For those reasons, I do not believe I would choose to stay here again."
