“The perfect retreat...”
The hotel was excellent, from the friendly welcome on our arrival, to the quality of the breakfast. Its located only a few minutes from the town center too, but in quiet suburb surroundings. We've absolutely no complaints about this hotel and will be looking to return as soon as we get the chance.

“Best in Inverness”
We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in a lot of countries recently and this was by far our favourite, we only realised how much once we checked in to the next one! The service was really incredible. From the moment we drove into the driveway the staff helped with our bags and came out with an umbrella to help us inside when it started raining. They were very attentive and really understood what a guest wants. When we arrived they booked us dinner at their restaurant, which was exactly what we wanted after a long drive. The food was great and it wasn’t overly pricey either. The room itself was the perfect size with all the facilities you could need. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. There were dimmer lights and lamps for reading, a large tv with plenty of stations and the option to play a selection of DVDs. The bathroom had a large double shower (which I’ve added to the list for my next house) and separate bath, robes and a fan - which seems rare over here. The décor was simple and elegant. Breakfast was included and you could choose from a wide range of cold or hot foods. We chose to have ours as room service so we could have breakfast in bed and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a bit of a splurge for us but definitely worth it. The whole experience was perfect and we wish we could stay here again.

“Nice place, great service, not sure about 5-star status”
Staff was lovely and just attentive enough to make us feel special but not hounded. Location is a bit out of the way for walkers who want to focus on downtown Inverness. Hotel is nice, but room and hotel did show some 'wear and tear' that in my view make it perhaps 4-star at best.
“Very nice but !”
Loved the Hotel and the food was very nice but the Rooms are located next to the main road so my wife and I could not sleep for the trafic noise. I suggest they supply ear plugs at check in !
