"Decent rooms, clean, quite spacious. Some sites (google) mention a free breakfast, that's incorrect. Conveniently located 5min walking distance from a direct tramline to the Munich Karlsplatz/Sendlinger tor center. Grocery shopping nearby (several options), also several restaurant options. Good value for money, I'll probably come back here when I visit Munich again!"

"Lovely little hotel. Has everything you need and is in a good location. The rooms are a little warm and stuffy at night, so I had to open the window.
I found having a single duvet on a double bed a little strange.
The breakfasts are excellent."
