"Es un edificio que estan renovando para ofrecer apartamentos tipo estudio. Esta todavia en obras, no tiene internet, y en la cocina no habia cubiertos ni platos, solo tres vasos de cristal que estaban sucios. Del resto los electrodomesticos (nevera, microondas, aire acondicionado, televisor) son nuevos y funcionan perfectamente. El que me atendió es un señor muy atento e hizo todo lo posible para comunicarse conmigo y ayudarme a llegar al sitio, ya que de hecho la dirrección que aparece en...

"Pros: 1. Spacious bedroom & living room 2. Rates are very cheap. Cons 1. For a 3 bedroom apartment, it has only one bathroom. Fixings int he bathroom need to be fixed. Cabinet is rusting. 2. Broken TV plug in the master;s bedroom. 3. The sofa has bed bugs as it makes us itchy. 4. Aircon sometimes gives a gaseous smell. Overall the apartment needs a lot of improvement. "

"The rooms are large but badly maintained. The rooms were not ready when we arrived at 5pm. So we went to eat and came back a while later. The bathroom was of very poor standard , the bathroom was very small and the shower was overhanging the toilet and flooded the bathroom. The reception gentleman was pleasant. It is difficult to find accomodation in this area on the internet but there are many services appts in the same street. This hotel is located behind the Italian restaurant."
