Loved the very spacious suite and the area that it resides in. Staff never miss a beat check in and through out the stay. Excellent…and I don’t say that often.

Vista espectacular.Muy bien ubicado. Muy Cerca de Shopping Malls y del Parque Araucano. El personal muy atento a nuestros requerimientos y muy amables. Buen desayuno. Las instalaciones son algo antiguas pero cumplen con los requerimientos.

The staff we incredibly helpful, and went to great lengths to insure we had a great stay. We had to check out early to catch a flight, and they brought us breakfast fixings the night before, as we left too early to get breakfast.

Upon arrival I was underwhelmed by the condition of the room based on the pictures and outlined amenities on the hotel's website. However, two things trumped my initial observation. The view and the service of management and staff. Both were incredible! The room was spotless and each day it remained so. Management was incredibly responsive to our needs (especially when hosting my fiance's birthday party). I will definately stay here again.

The hotel is fine, and the service was very good. BUT, I have called twice to inquire about an $80 on my credit card. The hotel was paid for in full on Hotels.com, and nothing extra was ordered. I cannot get anyone to respond to my inquiry about the additional charge. I have called, spoken to someone, sent an email...no response. Even if they are not going to refund the money, I want to know what the charge was for. Very frustrating.

We enjoyed our stay, however, the hotel has started to have an older feel to it and you notice it on the walls, paint, etc. On the surface, the rooms looked spotless; however, when I spilled something and had to clean it up with a white towel, the towel was black from the floor. That was disappointing. We were disappointed that we were charged $30/night for a roll-away bed for our daughter, even though the room was booked for 2 adults and 1 child. I did not feel that was worth the extra money. Would stay here again, but only if the price was lower than other options.

The suites are big and comfortable. The beds are good. The location is very practical being so close to Parque Arauco. The staff is GREAT. The view from my room was very beautiful. Breakfast could be improved , it is not as good as other places of similar price. TV's in the room are not as good as they should. I believe that the volume has been limited, and as a result I couldn't watch any movie.

Wonderful suite and staff and a great location for those who have visited Santiago many times before. The only thing we would like to change is the bed arrangement: we would take the coasters off and stabilize them.

Good spot for families
The Boulevard Suites offers a decent place to stay in a great location - very central to everything in Santiago. The rooms (we booked a suite because we were traveling with kids) are spacious and great for families. They are nothing special (other than huge bathtubs!), but clean and decently maintained. My main complaint is that the pool was undergoing maintenance for two days while we were there, and that is something we planned on doing with our kids while on vacation.

Missing the old breakfast
The stay at Boulevard Suites was as good as always. Our flight arrived early, and they allowed us to check in before the scheduled checkin time. Unfortunately, they changed the breakfast routine from service in your room to a continental breakfast at the Marriott which is connected to the building. Quality was bad, and the selection was minimal. Breakfast used to he the best part of staying here.

The best price - bennefit for sure
The hotel it´s an appartment with all the hotel facilities. The personal is very friendly, breakfast is served everymorning on the room. Valet Parking. Very spacios.

Pros: Good location; the room is large/more like a one bedroom apartment with a living room, small kitchen; bedroom and bathroom; the folks at the reception is friendly, until you need them to do something for you. Cons: the rooms are VERY old/outdated; the Air Conditioning system is very noise and does not cool the room very well; the bed is very uncomfortable; there is NO restaurant or a cafe at this hotel so you need to go elsewhere for everything; the business center is the size of one bathroom and has one desk with three computers; the WiFi is very slow; if you want a late check out (just two hours extra) you must pay half of the daily rate but they will store your bags, however when you go to pick up your bag if you would like to change clothes before you flight, you must go to Marriott Hotel next door as they don't have a restroom at the lobby. There are plenty better hotels in the area for similar or even better prices.

I had a problem with the cd player and they said that I had to wait until the next day because they don't have maintenance during Saturday night... I was leaving the next day!!!! Finally they sent someone with another player. The kitchen door didn't close... impossible to cook and don't smell food all over the place. Living room with old sofas simulating leather... pathetic. For USD 350 per night you can get much more. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worn out - Facilities and Management
Arrival experience bad. Check in area and common areas disappointing. Hotel furniture, lights, etc must be original - at least 15 years old.. or so they seem. Bed too soft. Unaccomodating management. That said - rooms are very large and the views are great.
