"Excellent location. Close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Very close to Santa Maria Novella train station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was immaculate and staff very attentive. Great breakfast included. Air conditioning was fantastic and easy to use. Safety deposit box included in room."

"Overall a good place to stay, within walking distance of the central train station and all the major attractions. The hotel is small but adequate, as are the rooms. Breakfast is very good. It is very clear that the staff members are proud of providing a good experience. Our only incident was losing hotel WiFi for almost a day, and the front desk insisting that they were not at fault - my phone and iPad were at fault. Later that day the front desk told us that a fault had been found and maintenance was fixing it. No apology for incorrect information earlier in the day. In retrospect not a major problem."

"The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful and the room was large and clean. The only odd thing about the room we had was that it appeared to be in the building next door and connected in a very strange way... Our room was on the 2nd floor, but once we took the elevator up and walked down a long hallway, we then had to go down a flight of stairs to get to our room. There wasn't an elevator that went directly to our floor... So you either lug your luggage up or down a flight to find an elevator, when ready to check out. Not the most convenient, but it was a nice stay other than that."

"The location was great, easy access to the train station and all the popular spots in Florence. We stayed in the junior suite which was very spacious, however the shower was designed poorly so a lot of water leaked every time we bathed. Breakfast buffet was standard. Towels provided were extremely old/thin/raggedy and unfortunately had an unpleasant smell. Overall probably won’t stay here again but will give stars for the good location and spacious room."
