Don’t stay Mon, Tues or Wed
Restaurants closed, bar closed, bar food closed. Only soft drinks available via reception. Had to head into village for dinner and the restaurant offering was of poor quality.

Good, but could be better.
Excellent check-in. Too much noise between rooms. We had a deluxe room, but couldn’t really understand what was deluxe about it. Restaurant good but pricy. No kettle or paper tissues in rooms. Attractive gardens. Monestry visit is well worth it. Overall, expensive for Spain.

Great check in and out. Think we above the resultant so noisy. Restaurant was a bit disappointing - Left waiting whilst manager worked out table plan. Seemed to be consistent with later diners - no need for it. We were clear on allergies when ordering but ignored. Thank goodness waiter (excellent) caught it as he was putting plate down.

Overall fine but don´t try to use Wifi
Overall lovely location and nice hotel with spacious rooms. Terrible Wifi though and worst ever at any hotel with 1 bar signal in rooms...practically useless.

The location is amazing. We woke up in the morning with a low fog, frozen dew over the gardens and the beautiful views of the monastery. We had a very peaceful and safe stay. They were very prepared with Covid prevention measures.

Perfect place in Sant Fruitós de Bages
Stayed 2 times here so far. Clean comfortable rooms with views of the beautiful grounds and monastery. Excellent restaurant on site. Would definitely come back.

Hillside retreat outside of Barcelona
Go now! This place is a find. All about locally sourced food and product. Try desperately to get into the Michelin starred restaurant cantilevered in the hotel (it has a very quirky schedule, book in advance). Adjacent to Sant Benet -beware, it also has a tricky schedule of tours in various languages- there are walking and biking paths, areas to lounge, food and cava and the pool. Did I mention it’s about 15 minutes to Monserrat? A perfect get away.

Everything was good, from a very spacious room and delicious breakfast. Service at the restaurant was also very good. As improvement point, TV in the room should be replaced for a newer/ bigger screen

Hotel is nice, the location of our room(lower level) is not great. It seems to be near waste facilities for the restaurants or other facilities that generates a very bad smell from time to time.

Great location in tranquil setting. Cleanliness was an issue as there were flies around the buffet breakfast everyday we were there. We asked for onions to be put in the omelettes but this was refused outright on both days - so the hotel doesn’t really go the extra mile for its guests. There were also silverfish in the bathrooms. The hotel is surrounded by fields and the strong smell of manure was unbearable everyday to the point the smell had penetrated the bedsheets and pillows giving me a headache. I liked that free bikes were available as the cycling in the area is good. I would class this property more of a 3-star and not really worth the money they charge. I’m surprised that the reviews on trip advisor didn’t mention the issues I faced because other guests we talked to had the same complaints as us.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location.
The hotel room was great with a lovely view of the gardens and local monastery. The food was excellent and the location was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel for peaceful getaway.

Great rooms and beautiful location. Road was blocked so it was not easy to find hotel. Wifi signal was very low in the room and service can be improved

Had a very comfortable stay at the hotel and would return. Staff were very helpful and friendly and rooms spotlessly clean. Food excellent and overall a very relaxing stay. My only complaint is one that is out with the control of the hotel itself - flies! Not in the room, of course, but outside swarms of flies made relaxing at the hotel pool or on the balcony almost impossible. They only seemed to go away at sunset. I'm not sure if it was because of the time of the year I visited (September) or if it is like that throughout the summer months. This issue did spoil the visit a little but, as I say, not really the fault of the hotel which was excellent.

Good hotel in the country side
Very large and modern room with a stunning view on the Spanish country side. The hotel directed another customer to my room in the middle of the night, but the manager was kind enough to offer me the dinner for the inconvenience.
