The Olive - Family & Pet Friendly

Only 5 minutes from the beautiful sandy shores of Jervis Bay, 10 minutes from the Booderee National Park, world famous Hyams Beach, whale and dolphin watching, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking.

The property has 4 bedrooms, three with Queen sized beds and the fourth bedroom is set up as a media room/office with a double sofa bed.

Major shopping centres are also just 5 minutes away. The Olive has three bedrooms, an open plan living/dining area flowing out on to the back patio area, fully equipped kitchen.

place in need of some maintenance work
The check in process and communication throughout was 100% the location was great! the fenced yard and ability to shut off front yard was great for pets and kids as well. we had a few difficulties due to the house requiring some maintenance work that made the stay unpleasant and concerns about safety for kids/puppy. this has all been reported through the property management and i believe is being rectified. IF maintenance issues were resolved the house would be great. its a good layout. the loungroom has a large and comfy lounge. having access to dishwasher, washing machine and dryer made things a lot easier.

Not too bad.
The house was well set up and the facilities were good. We nearly had our dog run off though, as the side gate wasn't secured - we found out later that that was probably because of the lock-up procedure, so that could be improved. The property was clean and comfortable, but could do with a bit of maintenance, especially outside, (eg weeds, broken gates). That said, we enjoyed it and it suited us just fine - though it could be much better, with a work.
