To dam much noise from outside and rooms above me !! 2 nights didnt sleep very good !! One night kids parting in parking lot way to late!!! Then last night room above , noise all night!! Whoever must of had boots on and walked back and forth all night!! I will never stay there again !!

Everything was great except the temperature of the room, this is the second time staying at this motel 6 in a month and both times the room was extremely hot. The front desk told us the ac was broken

It took one hour to register for my room with a reservation, the room itself didn’t have proper bedding, the sink in the bathroom was plugged up, a party was going on most of the night next-door, and nothing was done about it. I would appreciate my money being returned, but either way I will never stay at Motel 6 again …ever… anywhere!!! This is the first complaint I’ve ever submitted to anyone, and I have lived 60 years.

No AC even though it was in the description and it was HOT that night. No extra fans either that's a big deal breaker for me. I would have paid extra to stay anywhere else if I knew there wasn't AC here. And the box spring to the bed looked like it had old blood stains on it.

No draws to put your belonging had to put them on the floor. There were baby roaches in the bathroom when you turned on the light. There was hair on the side of the shower. And it had a weird odor.

I booked for a none smoking room and even paid extra to hold one but when i arrived the no smoking rooms were unavailable, im upset because my kids have asthma. Very disappointed. The ac was also not working

The toilet was broken and didn’t flush, the shower was extremely dirty and floor of the was horrendous. So many transient “bums” loitering in the parking lot and several loud people drinking on the balcony and yelling at each other. The AC/heater vents were very dirty. Lots of drug use (marijuana) in the parking lot. Not a good place to bring children. The staff didn’t speak English and the only English speaker was at lunch and I had to wait 45mins to be able to check in. Won’t stay here EVER again.

I arrived about an hour before their normal. Check it out check in time and the lady said if you want to check in you gotta pay me $20 cash I said lady you gotta be kidding. I stayed at this place several times and checked in early and had no problems and she said well things have changed and I’m telling you if you want to check in it’s gonna be 20 bucks and I said well then that makes the room $88 I can go stay in a nice hotel instead of this cheap one, nevertheless I went off and went and visited and took it short 20 minute nap came back and there was a different lady there and she was very nice and kind and checked me in immediately. Also, there’s a big sign on the door says the machinery does not work, and we cannot take any credit cards. You must pay cash , that was an outright lie. They ran my credit card and it worked perfectly and the other people that I saw check in all had to pay cash. The lady knew that I saw her used the machine once already that’s why she didn’t reject my credit card which Expedia approved and had it on file ready to use .

We stayed at Motel 6 for a quick New Year get away. I knew because it was an inexpensive choice there wasnt going to be fancy amenities but I didn’t expect to feel unsafe. There were questionable people walking around the motel from the time we got there til when we left the next day. When I was younger the motel was one my family would stay at and where we created fun memories. It saddened me that the motel has changed. If you do stay I would suggest you make sure to get a room in the front where it’s well lit.

It gets cold at night in the 40s and the first room I got the heater blew cold air. They gave me another room and the same blowing cold air and the mattress had a big dent from too many people sleeping on it. Finally changed rooms and the heater was blowing HOT.

The room we got looked nothing like the photos on the website. There was a dirty wash cloth still in the shower. There were hairs on our sheets. The shower control was loose from the wall. The bathroom sink facet was also loose and jiggled around when you used it. Everything looked super old and worn down. The entire bathroom looked like it belonged in a prison. the pillows they provided were atrocious. Nothing welcoming or comfortable about this room. The only redeeming quality is that the mattress was ok and not terrible. I don’t recommend anyone stay here ever.

The blonde lady in the front was very nice and professional. The hotel overall was ok for the prize, but not many utilities, no microwave, no fridge, no blow dryer. Good hotel for a simple stay.

Clam Festival Weekend 2023
We came for the Clam Festival Weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean our room was. I could smell the bleach when I entered the room. I would have preferred to smell air freshener. The set up was very basic. The towels felt a bit rough on the skin, like it needed fabric softener. If they provided a hair dryer in the room, it would have been the perfect basic room. When my husband went out early in the morning to get coffee, he said there was a homeless person at the top of the stairs using drugs. When he came back up to our room, the man was asleep at the stop of the stairs. Check out was easy. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Nothing in there. No hair dryer. No tissue. No tub. No shampoo and conditioner and body lotion. Only 5 towels 1 night per $157. It’s crazy And it’s too far from downtown. It’s terrible. Upstairs guest just be walking around their room but It’s too much noise
