Pictures of the hotel certainly lived up to expectation in reality. Great value for money but it's a 30 min walk into the middle of Rome so if u don't mind walking this hotel is ideal at a reasonable 103 euros a night. The breakfast area is particularly spectacular, well worth a visit and only a 10 euro taxi ride from termini train station.

A party of three, we spent one night at this hotel, about 1 km from the train station. The room/studio had all the amenities, small kitchenette area, roll out couch and big bed, with a big modern bathroom. Excellent for a one night or more. If you like walking, the area was close to all major sights , restaurants , bars ,grocery stores, and Termini , the train station. Walking through Roma is seeing the real Roma, not only the tourist areas. Great place to stay.
wanted to find something away from the main tourist area but still very accessable. This was perfect, great location in the suburbs of Rome but walking distance to central train station. surounded by little cafes, bars & resturaunts this would be a place i can highly recommend and would be back again when visiting rome. The help from Agnese was exceptional and a pure delight, could not do enough for us.
Loved the room! The nicest room from all 4 hotels we stayed at during our trip! With its fridge, tea kettle and small cute table by the window it made us feel like home:)
Francesco, the owner is very nice and professional. When we arrived he was waiting for us outside. He informed us that bed in our room was broken but he arranged for us to stay at another B&B across the street which was awesome too!
Stay at Roma is 10 min away by foot from Termini train and Metro station in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended! When in Rome will definitely stay again! Thank you Franceso!
I was a very disappointed at finding out I had booked a B&B. I wanted to check out as fast as I checked in because the buzzer didn't work, the elevator was tiny and the B&B was just on 1 floor of a building comprising of so many other differently owned apartments in the same building. It was the early check in privilege, the nice attitude of the porter and his family and the neatness of the room and excellent wifi that made me have a change of heart. Things I didn't like about the place was no iron (so either you bring yours along or wear rumpled clothes), very poor breakfast, I don't drink coffee so all I got was hot water and 1 piece of packaged croissant (not fresh). room cleaning is from 10am-12noon or your room stays dirty for the whole day, tiny bathroom (if you are big, this is not the place for you), the porter would constantly knock on your door telling you to put off the lights in your bathroom. I found that very exasperating. No English channel, hot water was not that hot, no change of sheets or extra toiletries besides what you meet in the bathroom and finally, the room was quite small. What I loved about my stay was the porter and his family were nice to me and always willing to assist me within their abilities and the cleanliness of the room, restaurants and shops around and then proximity to train & bus station, (though not very near).
I booked this hotel last minute and it was very nice. The room was spacious and there is a gorgeous terrace for public use. There are no elevators and breakfast includes a pastry and coffee from a bar outside in a park.
