"Lovely stay in Rome"
The owner of this lovely, small hotel was very kind and warm. She assisted us with all our queries and kept the room very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay at 'Rooms for you' and would recommend it to anyone wishing to travel to Rome. The hotel was very accessible to the city center and there are three buses that you can take into different parts of the city: the 3, the 71 and the 492 and supermarkets are very close. Overall, a lovely stay in Rome and we would definitely go back!

"Great hotel, just off the beaten track."
Pictures of the hotel certainly lived up to expectation in reality. Great value for money but it's a 30 min walk into the middle of Rome so if u don't mind walking this hotel is ideal at a reasonable 103 euros a night. The breakfast area is particularly spectacular, well worth a visit and only a 10 euro taxi ride from termini train station.

"Great B&B close to Termini station"
Loved the room! The nicest room from all 4 hotels we stayed at during our trip! With its fridge, tea kettle and small cute table by the window it made us feel like home:) Francesco, the owner is very nice and professional. When we arrived he was waiting for us outside. He informed us that bed in our room was broken but he arranged for us to stay at another B&B across the street which was awesome too! Stay at Roma is 10 min away by foot from Termini train and Metro station in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended! When in Rome will definitely stay again! Thank you Franceso!

"Lots that could be improved!"
Studios are modern, well equipped, secure and clean. The following was disappointing and could be improved: 1. Air conditioning was broken, we reported it to the staff member, however they failed to repair it or even get back to us. 2. The main studios are situated around a tiny court yard. Many of the other guesses smoked, making it impossible to ventilate the main room and bathroom without the smell of smoke getting into your studio. On our first night other guesses are out in the court yard until 3am, making unacceptable levels of noise, and were unchallenged by staff. 3. Our bathroom had no ventilation (except the window into the smokers court yard) and as result had a large area of black spot mould over the wall. 4. We found breakfast poor and lacking in adequate selection. On day two the only offering was bread, cornflakes and Nutella (not really acceptable). There was also no coffee available throughout our entire stay. For the reasons above we wouldn't recommend.

"Spacious Room, Nice Terrace"
I booked this hotel last minute and it was very nice. The room was spacious and there is a gorgeous terrace for public use. There are no elevators and breakfast includes a pastry and coffee from a bar outside in a park.

Quaint hotel not far from main metro & train terminal but far enough away not to mingle with the terminal crowd. Very good neighborhood restuarants nearby. No wireless or English language TV.

"Not a hotel, do not be misled"
I was a very disappointed at finding out I had booked a B&B. I wanted to check out as fast as I checked in because the buzzer didn't work, the elevator was tiny and the B&B was just on 1 floor of a building comprising of so many other differently owned apartments in the same building. It was the early check in privilege, the nice attitude of the porter and his family and the neatness of the room and excellent wifi that made me have a change of heart. Things I didn't like about the place was no iron (so either you bring yours along or wear rumpled clothes), very poor breakfast, I don't drink coffee so all I got was hot water and 1 piece of packaged croissant (not fresh). room cleaning is from 10am-12noon or your room stays dirty for the whole day, tiny bathroom (if you are big, this is not the place for you), the porter would constantly knock on your door telling you to put off the lights in your bathroom. I found that very exasperating. No English channel, hot water was not that hot, no change of sheets or extra toiletries besides what you meet in the bathroom and finally, the room was quite small. What I loved about my stay was the porter and his family were nice to me and always willing to assist me within their abilities and the cleanliness of the room, restaurants and shops around and then proximity to train & bus station, (though not very near).
