The hotel and the room was very clean and beautiful. The heater in the room was not working. The swimming pool was cold and I couldn’t use it also the swimming pool erea looked like is more for to look at it and trans passing way to the restaurant. Overall the place is beautiful clean and people who work there super nice.

Very clean and beautiful. Stuff is friendly. Nice breakfast. The pool is not heated. I was planning to swim but could not as the water was too cold and the pool erea was not inviting to tan or swim.

Front desk agent Javier is an excellent host. Speak English very well. Javier is very happy to help book all our park entrances. Print confirmations. Print directions. Area around hotel is easy to walk to supermarket, Restaurants and right by a mall.

The location was perfect, just far enough out of town (San Jose) but near enough to grab a cab for a short ride to museums. Staff did everything for you, bed was comfortable, pool was clean, excellent breakfast, and several fine restaurants with in walking distance. Can not say enough about the entire staff.

Lovely Stay
This is a very comfortable hotel. Great service and quiet. The Jurgen's Restaurant was so nice--wonderful food and service. The neighborhood has several restaurants...but have fun and walk 10-15 minutes to the Escalante area. Many restaurants and coffee shops. Hotel is about a 25 minute walk to Centro San Jose. Recommend Jade Museum--it is a lot more than Jade--broad view of culture and history.

Hotel is fine and restaurant good. Staff are helpful. However rooms can be noisy (trains go past sounding horn early and late) and noise from corridors can be heard easily in the rooms (especially rooms 101-106 where staff are coming and going, opening a shutting doors rhat are loud!)

Love the location, the cleanliness, the staff. Gardens are beautiful and the attention to detail shows in the amenities and improves on the overall comfort. The only downside is the breakfast menu that is a bit limited for vegetarians. I would have appreciated the local pinto offered daily although the kitchen staff was very comprehensive and accommodating. Vegans would have a limited selection.

Small hotel but very nice and clean
This hotel is very nice and the staff are very helpfull. Breakfast in the morning is very good and the hotel has their own restaurant, very nice. To take a taxi is easy and if you want to take a bus there is different stops close by. This is our second stay at this hotel and surely will stay again.

Very nice hotel, staff was exceptional. Very close to mall, so many things are convenient to get. Great atmosphere within hotel. And it was close enough to the city, you can walk .... which takes about 20 minutes or so.
