Pacifica beach hotel is in a beautiful area but unfortunately when we were there, we almost had to leave in the middle of the mnight because there were non stop fire alarms going in all of the rooms with flashing lights and blaring alarms until 3am. The hotel also seemed to be in quite a bit of construction which we didn't know (like that they didn't have a working elevator).

This has been our favorite place to stay but not this time It was under renovation with no notice. The room we were placed in was right next to the part that was being worked on. Our tub didn’t drain properly and some of the functions and lights weren’t working. Our ceiling was patched like there was water damage and half the room lights were out

Our room was dirty and the sink didnt work so they moved us rooms. The room they moved us to was even dirtier and someone elses hair and eyelashes all over it smelled really humid and like mold. Definitely not like the pictures. The view of the ocean was nice though and the staff was friendly.

The best thing about the room, was the jacuzzi. Other than that there were some items that could use some fixing, including the refrigerator door that was hard to open (hinges rubbing), balcony door rubbing on the carpet, no washcloths (remedied with a trip to the front desk) poor internet connections, poor lighting in the room, black (mildew?) spot on ceiling, rust on balcony door.

Very nice hotel but absolutely no park and very steap hill, and the parking that there is, is so small . But the actual hotel is very comfortable and staff is absolutely wonderful.

You get a hot tub and it’s across the street from the beach. Downside is that it’s ghetto and the hallways and rooms smells funny. You will always find something wrong with your room. I keep going though b/c HOT TUB AND BEACH

Dirty, unsafe, rundown
The room was dirty stains on the floor, the hot tub, the corner of the room, the electrical outlets didn’t have covers. We booked two nights and left in the morning. Most of the hotel was under construction, had to go through that to reach the room. The hotel refuse to give the money back, and hotels. Com would only refund 66 in key cash that I spent so was out the 186 paid. Don’t stay here unless you like 3 world country hotels….
