Very nice but actually no parking
This is a delightful old house in an old Italian village. Not luxurious but very pleasant. The hotel actually has no parking - you have to use a public car park a few hundred yards away. Might be a problem if you have limited mobility.

Feels like a family-owned hotel. Friendly and warm staff, good breakfast, warm design, good and clean small outdoor pool. Room was ok-ish. Felt a bit small and the amenities were somewhat worn out. Loved the village and location.

Pittoreskt hotell med trevlig personal
Mysigt litet hotell med fantastisk personal. Härlig innergård där man kunde sitta och njuta av en bra frukost eller en drink på eftermiddagen. Det var skönt med en pool att svalka sig i efter dagens utflykt. Rekommenderas varmt.

Amazing small hotel
We had a great stay at San Filis. It was the perfect base for our vacation. The town is almost as charming as this hotel. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes very close to the hotel. Special thanks to the staff of the hotel - they are part of a memorable vacation :-) We will be back when its colder.

We were there just for two nights. Didn't use swimming pool because of whether. Hotel staff were very friendly and communicate nice. Room was very clean. One minus we had room on first floor and the floor was cold. Breakfast was also nice, you can order some eggs or coffee, or serve yourself. It is about 30 min from Porteso port.

Thank you for your nice words, we really appreciate that :) If they are available, we prefer to give rooms in the first floor cause they have just been renovated, but we also have rooms with carpet for guests who prefer it :) All the best regards from all the staff

Very nice hotel near beach . Staff was really nice. Breakfast could be better, There wasn't t that many options. Overall it was nice and I could go there again.

Alls erstes sollte man das gute Preis Leistungsverhältnis beachten. Es handelt sich hier um ein ruhiges und kleines Hotel das von einem tollem und vor allem einem Stressfreien Personal geführt wird. Sie werden hier mit offenen Armen von der Familie und Personal empfangen und man fühlt sich vom Anfang bis Ende einfach nur Wohl. Jeder Wunsch, sollte es möglich sein,wird sofort erfüllt. Auch ein großes Lob an die Küche einfach nur Lecker!!!!. DANKE NOCHMAL FÜR ALLES und vor allem Danke an alle!! Wir kommen wieder Grüße Ingo und Silvia Meister

Sehr schönes Ambiente, nettes und freundliches Personal, guter und aufmerksamer Service. Haben un sehr wohl gefühlt Standard Zimmer war klein, besonders das Bad. Sauberkeit war okay. Für uns war es völlig ausreichend.

Freundliches ruhiges Hotel nahe Gardasee
Die Atmosphäre ist sehr freundlich, fast familiär. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist im Standard nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Auf Nachfrage werden aber gern ergänzende Wünsche erfüllt.

Licht und Schatten im San Filis
Ein von der Substanz her sehr originelles schönes italienisches Landhotel mit wunderbarem Innenhof. Die vollständige Einnahme des Frühstücks mit Service ist im Innenhof leider nicht möglich und kann nur im Frühstücksraum erfolgen. Die Zimmer weisen wohl unterschiedliche Grade der Renovierung auf, auch hinsichtlich der Bäder. Selbst unter Berücksichtigung des günstigen Preises konnte unser Zimmer die Erwartungen nicht erfüllen. Der Standard ist wirklich sehr einfach. Sehr bemühter Service beim Frühstück, der die Speisenauswahl aber nicht besser macht. Zimmerreinigung grenzwertig.

Kleines,sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal. Super Kellner mit Gespür für die Bedürfnisse der Gäste. Abendmenü im Haus täglich wechselnd und zu empfehlen. Für ein italienisches drei Sterne Hotel super.

Romantisches Hotel
Das Hotel versteckt sich hinter hohen Mauern, dann öffnet sich ein schönes, romantisches Hotelambiente mit hübschem Pool und Garten. Sehr freundlicher Service und gutes Essen. Zimmer sind etwas "italienisch" mager eingerichtet und nicht besonders groß. Insgesamt empfehlendswertes Haus in schöner ruhiger Innenstadtlage

Man könnte es besser machen
das im Ort gelegene Hotel hat einen schönen Innenhof und großen Pool. Das von uns bewohnte Dachzimmer war klein. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Bei einem starken Gewitterregen tropfte Wasser über den Fernseher herein. Ebenso trat Wasser aus einem Stromanschluss!!! im Bad, an dem der Lüfter angeschlossen war, aus. Das Frühstücksangebot war ausreichend aber nicht reichhaltig. Die Hand- und Duschtücher wurden während des 4-tägigen Aufenthalts nicht gewechselt. Das Hotel verfügt auch über größere und besser ausgestattete Zimmer.

carino e tranquillo
Abbiamo alloggiato una notte a fine luglio. Situato nel centro del paese a poche centinaia di metri dalla bella e tranquilla spiaggia di San Felice. Parti comuni carine con la caratteristica corte interna bresciana, colazione a buffet discreta. La camera e il bagno piu deludenti invece anche se non si possono pretendere grandi spazi in queste vecchie cascine si puo fare molto meglio come sistemazione e arredo della camera.

Schöner Ort
Liegt zentral im Ort, ca. 15 Minuten zum See und ganz viele nette Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Hotel sehr sauber und es werden auch gerne kleine Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Vielen Dank!

CONSIGLIATO
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere e l'hotel sono pulitissimi. Si trova in una posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere le varie località del Garda (Salò, Bardolino, Lazise, Peschiera e Desenzano). Lo consiglierei.
