The property was amazing, it was much nicer than the hotel I stayed in the last time I was in San Andres. The all inclusive feature included breakfast, lunch, dinner, and alcohol. There was a buffet restaurant and a reservation required restaurant (you have to make the reservation at 6:00 am). Both restaurants provided delicious food (especially the plantains).
The only thing we did not like is at check-in. We arrived at the hotel about 12:00pm and check-in was at 3:00pm. We were told that if we pay a fee we could check in early. We paid the fee. We were then given our bracelets to enter the hotel and start our meals, however, we still were not allowed to enter our room until 3:00pm.
