"We’re currently traveling across the UK and staying in alot of hotels. This is the best one yet! The pool is really nice, the staff are nice and I was able to check in early. Easy spot to unload bags and pack back up. Rooms are really nice too."

"Lovely hotel overlooking the marina in Ocean Village, room was spacious and very comfortable with everything a visitor needs, bathroom also well fitted with a choice of a bath or over bath rainfall shower. Shops, restaurants and bars close by so perfect for our overnight after our cruise. Shuttle service from the cruise terminal to the hotel very welcome and efficient. Food and service in the 6th floor restaurant good with a super view of the marina."

"We stayed 2 nites pre cruise on Queen Mary 2. We ate twice in the restaurant and food was tasty. Our room was comfortable and the front desk young lady, Rakshya?, was most pleasant and helpful"

"The hotel staff are really nice very helpful my room was on the 3rd floor was like a maze to find it the room it self was clean and basic with tea/coffee. Room was a great size bathroom very small ( nothing the hotel can do about that ) the double bed was really nice good size nice warm bedding with great pillows. Black out curtains would be nice as the ones let in loads of light. Nothing bad, breakfast was good as well definitely worth the money before leaving. All in all very good I’ll be using again Hotel is a little dated yet for the price your paying to stay what more can you ask for "

"Stay was absolutely fabulous. Upgraded my room to a King and the comfort didn't disappoint. The staff were always friendly and knowledgable for restaurant pick or as for me I needed to do laundry and the staff promptly let me know how to get to the Washing Well. Shame I had such a short stay. Only thing I wish I knew is where the non slip mat would be found, the bath tubs are slippery when wet."

"Lovely stay, only downside was our bed had broke but once I told reception they sorted us and moved us to another room all within 15mins so amazing service from the man in reception who I didn’t catch his name unfortunately. Breakfast was good"
