The staff amazing and could not Have done better. Unfortunately I booked the place especially for the pool but the pool was not available due to maintenance. I have medical issue and needed to attend my aqua fitness exercises which I was unable to do.

We highly recommend staying here! Family friendly, spacious rooms that are cleaned daily & great service. Maybe a laundry room is required for guests to do their own washing to save paying an arm and a leg for laundry.

For the price charged for this resort I expected a cleaner and better maintained room. Ours was very dusty under and around the furnitures. There was a meter long crack across the sliding glass door that was dangerous and needed fixing, but was ignored when pointed out. The staff were nonchalant and not situation aware or helpful when needed. The food choices were limited. Some breakfast items, like the boiled eggs tasted stale as though from previous days. The beach corals were not very healthy. All in all, it was not value for money.

We had the best time at Saletoga. Owners were lovely, staff amazing. Our Villa was exceptional, we loved how clean n spacious it was n the outdoor shower awesome! Safe beach, handy swim up bar, yummy food. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you all so much for an awesome 7 days ❤️
