The best thing about this hotel is that it is next to Mercadona, a supermarket with ready-to-go meals available. It is also exactly next to a bus stop and the Plaza Mayor is only a 10 minutes walk away.

Hotel is very old and uncomfortable. Service is amicable but very slow. You have to leave a deposit for the iron !!

Between 4am-6.30am, the fire alarm went off 4 times for no reason, so our sleep was disturbed. Not only that, the water in our bathroom sink, toilet & shower then turned brown. In the morning, as we were so tired, we couldn't get to breakfast in time. Yet the hotel provided us with no apology, no explanation, no late check out, no late breakfast and no monetary compensation. Although the water was running clear in the morning, they couldn't say where the dirty water had come from, so we had to ask for bottled water to clean our teeth and wash our faces with. Simply awful!

Great hotel shame about the receptionist
The hotel and location is fantastic the lady on reception when we arrived obviously hated her job she just told us the price of the parking and handed over the room key we had to ring reception for the wifi code she was terrible

Great hotel with secure car park
Great hotel, 3rd stay during a drive to Portugal. The Old Town is easily walkable in 5mins and hotel has super underground carpark easily accessible in our 4x4, no problem with access or space size. Lovely light & sizeable rooms with fabulous powerful shower. Had breakfast for a few euro in a cafe just down the street. Old Town & plaza are lovely for Tapas and drinks.

Handy for bus station, 5 mins walk, railway station more like 20 mins. Historic centre 5 mins. Good restaurant, 3 course set meal with water & glass of wine 17€. Modern and stlish with large rooms and bathrooms

Excellent modern hotel
The hotel is near the center of Salamanca which allows you to stay out of the hustle and noise (during a festival or event) of the central area. The room and facility are well appointed and well maintained. Staff and our contacts were always polite and helpful. We are primarily English speakers and had no trouble communicating our needs. If you are looking for a modern hotel and amenities, this is a great one.

Comfortable room with easy walk to the centre.
The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel is a short walk across the bridge to attractions. Car park entrance is at the rear of the hotel. Free parking on the street if you can get it.

The hotel which is very clean and comfortable with secure underground parking, is very centrally situated in the city. It is within easy walking distance of top name shops and the Plaza Mayor, which is always lively with a great selection of bars and restaurants which are reasonably priced. I have stayed at the hotel previously and would have no hesitation in returning.

We only got to stay here for one night, which was a pity. This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was luxurious.

Had a really good stay. Handy to get to but easy walk to Plaza Mayor. Nice bar. Didn't use the restaurant. Parking expensive but roads around clogged so we felt it was worth it as hotel was good value.

Modern hotel in quiet area of Salamanca
Modern hotel 10 minutes walk from plaza mayor. Staff are helpful and efficient. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Buffet breakfast had plenty choice. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again

We had difficulty locating Avenida Villamajor on our Navman.Once we found it,it was a one way street,and the Hotel signage is not visible from the road.However,the hotel sits above a large supermarket,and access to the carpark for the Hotel,is at the front of the supermarket,and is marked as such with a small sign.Once in the carpark,there is an elevator to the lobby. One found,the Hotel was great.Friendly reception,large clean room,easy access to the Old Town. great stay.

Great location and great hotel. Really helpful reception staff, safe underground parking with a fee, and access to the beautiful town is just a few minutes away. No food eaten as the choice locally was overwhelming.

Hotel was excellently situated just six minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor. Reception staff were friendly, efficient and spoke very good English. Underground secure parking available for a reasonable charge. Room was large, very well appointed, and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Overall excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation in booking again in the future.
