“Lovely place to stay in Rotorua near Whakarewarewa”

These two AUssies really enjoyed a brief long weekend stay at the Quest, lovely clean, simple rooms with all the comforts, would love to go back and stay there again, great pool, balcony etc.

“Good hotel with great service”

Fabric of hotel needs refreshed but rooms were clean and well serviced with excellent, v. helpful reception staff.

“Apollo Apartments Rororua NZ”

Nice place to stay, good parking, friendly staff, and quiet.

“Good Accommodation esp for families”

They have only 1 lift & it wasn't functioning when we checked in & checked out..

“Close to Maori sites.”

The room was reasonably clean and comfortable but in summer was a little hot although stand up fans were supplied. Walking distance to Te Puia and the Maori village.

“Not so quiet stay”

This is the second time I have stayed at the Apollo. It was disappointing this time to be disturbed as a bus load of tourists entered the Hotel each night we were there and didn't respect the other occupants. They travelled from room to room making lots of noise in the hallway as they went. It unfortunately was the same each morning. I am unsure why they needed to be booked right beside other guests when there was clearly room to separate us all out during the quieter weekdays. We did not encounter this on our last stay and hope we don't again. The staff were fantastic and spa pool glorious after a day of biking in the redwoods.
