Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and kind. The location was wonderful and the service was wonderful. They really took great care of us, and that really made our trip special. We would stay here again.

The rooms are quite comfortable. It is located in easy walking access to restaurants and sites. The desk staff (especially Daniella) were exceptional. They gave great recommendations and directions.

Good hotel in a good location to all amenities including walking distance to the local tourist attractions would recommend, quiet hotel with amazing beds that rested those aching legs

Rooms are small, with poorly laid out bathrooms. Breakfast is modest, but gets the job done. Our room had a strange odor, possibly mold. But as 3-star hotels in Rome go, it wasn’t too bad!

Dear Daniel,we thank you for taking your time to review your stay with us even if the complains were never made at the reception.To tell that our breakfat is poor is not right as it is an iternational buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, fresh cheese and cold cuts, eggs that we made it for each guest customized... as per the smell i the room we do not know what could've been as the girl that do the room did not smell anything strange.We really hope to welcome you again.

The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and a myriad of restaurants bars etc. Mia and the staff at reception were super friendly and most importantly very helpful. The room was as described. We are a family of 5 and needed a room for a quick one night stop over and this fit the bill perfectly. Obviously if staying more than one night then this room would be too small, but for one night it was exactly what we needed.

Poor service overall
The shower in the room had absolute no pressure. It was only a trickle. When we asked for it to be fixed, nothing was done. We asked three times for it to be fixed and were placated with words and no actions. This was over a three day period - we basically couldn’t shower for four days and they did not try to make our experience better in any way. Very disappointing experience.

Hotel was ok, but the room does not have hot water. We talk to the personnel and they don’t do nothing about it. A/C was always on heat mode and we talk to them and they do nothing about it. If was hard to fall sleep because if we open the windows, outside was very noisy. The positive thing was the breakfast and the location.

The Staff on arrival was amazing - thank you to the lady on Reception on Friday Morning she was incredible and gave us some great advice on what to look out for and how to get around. - Nice Room - great location and reasonably priced. Will definately be going back

They serve breakfast in the morning and the food is really good and you have several choices. It is located in in a prime part of town just about 10 to 15 min walk from anything. Th one down side was that the beds were very hard. when I woke up in the morning my hip hurt from sleeping on my side all night.

Great Stay
The hotel was clean. Our room was always stocked with towels and toilet paper. The hotel is in a great location (20 minutes or less walk to train station, Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps). Leading up to our stay, the hotel was quick to respond to questions. The transport to and from the hotel was with every penny. The room had a smart tv. I would’ve like to have an iron in the room, but I never asked if there was any available. We would return to the hotel or recommend it to anyone.

I will start by saying the staff is fantastic. Daniella and everyone else is welcoming, knowledgeable of the area, and really makes the stay. Breakfast is tasty, including an omelette or scrambled eggs, and a GREAT cappuccino. Rooms are smaller but well appointed. The only negative was that we noticed a moldy or sewer like smell one ore two nights. Whether this was from the room or the outside was hard to tell. Overall, it was a good stay and convenient to the train station, metro, and walkable to most locations and neighborhoods.

We enjoyed our stay at the Trevi Palace hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms while not super modern are comfortable and a nice size. The location of the hotel is a bit removed from most sites (Really you are only an extra 10 minute walk from most of the major sites.) but its actually nice because you aren't overloaded with tourists the second you step outside. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 5. Martino was fabulous - so friendly, helpful, and he made the best cappuccinos at breakfast. The breakfast was perfect for us with so many options to start our day. The location is central to everything - an easy walk to the main sites.

Expecting more with the price
The stay is actually in another building without a lift and without someone to be stationed there. If you need anything you will need to walk a few mins to the other hotel lobby and get someone to help you there. Hope you don't have a big luggage, because there is no lift you have to carry it thru the stairs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a little small but very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Only complaint was the air conditioning did not cool enough to keep the entire room comfortable. Location was very convenient to reaching the various sights and restaurants.
