Charming guest house, a heritage building. Love the location close to Piazza Navona and the Ponte, close to everywhere! The rioni in itself, felt like you're in Italy! If you like that dolce vita feel. Lovely everywhere! Relais Arco della Pace gave us the Studio on the ground floor. It was big with two bathrooms. Room has no windows though but toilet has, which is weird. Keys are outdated. Too many and heavy for carry around. They clean everyday replace fresh towels made in Greece. I like the place the only comment I have is that, there's a moldy smell and curtain sort of dusty. I have allergies so, I wear mask each time am inside the room. For some reason, taxi and uber are confused in the area.

Fantastic location, was one of the quietest rooms I have stayed in Italy. From Milan, Florence to Rome. The bed was comfortable, but had significant dips of other peoples bodies. So it was uncomfortable to sleep in at night. Also, we could not figure out the radiator so the temperature was warm, but we just open the windows. The staff was very friendly and communicated clearly about parking and procedures for check in check out. The view from the terrace is amazing at night!

While our overall stay was pleasant enough, the property left much to be desired. I don’t know how it could be rated 4 stars by a reputable service like Expedia unless they don’t follow up very often. The room had a foul odor coming out of the downstairs bathroom, the upstairs one had a leak and the hot water would not last for everyone to shower. The building was safe enough but very noisy on some nights. The lights would not work properly either in the bathroom until the proprietor fixed it. The shower head in the bathroom was also broken and we had to crouch down to use it. The towels were not very good. I know these are all nitpicky details but they all added up in the end.

Great little place not far from so many attractions. Trevi fountian piazza navano spanish steps pantheon all easily walkable and ahort taxis to coliseum il vittorriano the roman forum ruins palpatine hill. There is literally food everywhere and a castle lokcs away right close to the vatican as well.

It was OK, just ok. the first thing I did was grab the door handle and I came off in my hand, an omen for the hotel. The shower was absolutely minuscule and as the hose was fixed to the centre of a corner shower, you had even less room than that. Every time you touched it, something new fell off too. The room felt dirty, long black hair scattered about and was overall just a bit grimy. Comfy bed but could have used with a couple of extra pillows. View looked out onto the lift shaft and water tank, saying this, the location was very central for our trip to Rome so that was definitely a plus. To get to the apartment, you have to go through a very long building and up either lots of steps, or a very shaky lift. There are some lovely bars/ shops very close by too, we would always go the the same bar for pre drinks about 3 mins away. The main thing that annoyed us however was the morning of departure, the hotel advertised that checkout was 10am. We had the cleaners repeatedly trying to open our door at 9:30am despite telling them “10mins!” and proceeded to congregate outside our door. This made for a stressful/ rushed departure. All in all, for what I paid it was ok. Not the most horrific place I’ve ever stayed but definitely not the best. It was for 2 nights and we barely spent any time in there, maybe on purpose….

The check in is about a half a block from the hotel. A cleaning person called the person to come get us for check in and we waited approximately 5-6 minutes for him. I would not recommend this place
