Great no-frills hotel that had what I needed for my stay. There was some construction and a decent amount of noise for a hotel tucked away in an alley. Location was great, with easy access to a lot of good restaurants in the area.

We really enjoyed the location. Lively but not too crowded with tourists. Thankful we were on the second floor and not having to climb too many stairs. The only thing that bothered me a little was the lighting; ceiling lights were too bright and nightstand lamps too dimm. Definitely will recommend the hotel and hopefully will come back to Rome and stay again!

We had an enjoyable stay here, really handy for many of the key sites of Rome e.g. Trevi fountains, Navona Square, the castle, Vatican City. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by. Our hotel room was good, very comfortable, clean and a decent size. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception isnt manned 24 hours which wasn't an issue for us but, for some people it maybe worth knowing. It certainly wouldn't put us off staying here again.

If you need minimum quiet to sleep, DO NOT stay here! Although the location is great, you pay for it with the teeming swarms of absolutely animalesque "visitors" who yelp and scream until two am when the "party" then moves to the adjacent Piazza Navona which is allowed to turn into a rave party. I have never slept so badly in my life. Regarding the sructure: we had a room in the annex; it was very small but we were trying to economize so I wasn't shocked to see how small it was and I also don't think it was quantified on the site. The bathroom had moldy smell and an icky moldy corner of the shower which was gross. The room is located on a 2nd floor which, after walking up a flight of stairs then down a flight of stairs can be reached with an elevator, but it was easier to walk the two flights of stairs. The room is located in a converted apartment which has a small entry way leading to three room. They are electronically operated with a key card and the mechanism is very noisy. Thankfully the other guests were quite polite and only once did I hear them chatting as they returned home however it seems impossible not to make a lot of noice opening the doors and one feels the reverberations from the closing of the apartment door and the room doors.The building is an ancient beautiful old building and it must have been quite something before Rome turned into a massive rave destination for unruly drunken soccer fans acting out (adults not just young people.)nice receptionist

This place was charming! We were at the annex building and loved how close it was to so many great restaurants and stores! It was loud at night from the restaurants, but we didn't mind too much. The room was beautiful and very clean.

We chose this hotel because it was in the right location for our short, one night visit - close to Piazza Navona and other sites as well as restaurants. The people were extremely nice and helpful, the room was very nice and the bathroom was large. Very clean hotel.
