No. Just no. Save your money or pay a little extra for something better. Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Rome. I feel like I have to get medically cleared to go back home. When you walk in the hotel looks old and outdated. Which fine, when in Rome plus it’s supposedly 3 stars so can’t expect too much. The rooms however are atrocious. Absolutely atrocious. A bed is the only thing that fits. We could barely find space to stand . After a long day of traveling we wanted to shower. Our shower was broken. The water was not draining so essentially you’re standing in still water up to your ankles. Gross. Even after they “fixed” it , the water began pooling again. Also, the rooms are so poorly cleaned. There was thick black hairs everywhere and smudges and just looked absolutely grimy. Poor ventilation in the rooms. I don’t know where the positive reviews are coming from but this is a big no for me

we are sorry for your unwise. We are taking action to resolve these issues. In reference to the space of the room, we normally advise customers to buy a conform room instead of a small one. Then the customer always decides.

I absolutely loved the location. For a boutique hotel it was clean and nicely appointed. Emanuel who checked us in was charming. I will stay here again!

I am conflicted here because there are some good points to this hotel. The staff are very friendly and supportive. Find a problem and they will fix it immediately. The wifi was also excellent, the breakfast very good if you like continental breakfasts and it’s a great location. On the downside, our room was small and stuffy and the shower simply can’t fit a man of my height properly. Upon opening our window for thirty minutes to let in some air, our room soon became mosquito central. To be fair, the hotel gave us a fan etc but for two people it was hard. I would have no issues staying here again by myself but not with two people.

We have stayed for 2 nights. The stay was really pleaseant. The beds were very comfortable, room was clean and location walking distance to main train station was a big plus. Minuses: worn decor a bit shabby, and no kettle in the room (having mini bar with a friedge but would be better to have a small kettle instead).

A short walk from Roma Termini station. The elevator is the smallest I have ever been in. Preferred the steps. Staff was very nice. Hotel is quiet old but it’s very nice for the price.

Very good location 5min walk from Termini and 15mins from attractions. Restaurants nearby weren’t too touristy. Rooms are small but clean. There were a lot of small stairs between the elevator and our room so can be a concern for people who struggle with mobility or lifting luggage. Excellent value for money.

Room was reasonably clean. Shower needs some attention. Room was full of mosquitos or something that bites. Was a lot of noise from hallways and other rooms.(snoring etc) Breakfast is not worth it. Staff were friendly. Area has lots of restaurants, and there's public transport nearby. If you're active you can walk to quite a few attractions.

No window in room (basically a walk in closest with a bathroom for 2 people), shower was unsafe, mosquito infested even though no window, AC didn’t work after being on for one hour. If room was cheaper would have been acceptable but unfortunately quality is not reflected in the price. Amazing location but there is 20 other hotels within 5 minutes that appeared to be much nicer for similar prices.

Nice rooms
The staff was very helpful. We did not have breakfast there so we cannot comment. We purchased the cheapest room-adequate sized, was clean with comfortable pillows and bed. Old type of European room happily the air worked well & we were happy to have a fridge. Shower stall very small but my zoftic husband fit.

We felt very safe and centrally located to walk to Collessum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We even walke three miles back from our Vatican tour. Don't get me wrong. It is a lot of walking. Our bed was very comfortable.

Perfect stay..
Lovely stay, our rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, like the rest of the hotel not big, new or fancy but we slept really well. Staff all welcoming and helpful, great included breakfast too....no cooked options (you wouldn't expect that in Italy) but everything else, an kept stocked up the whole time. Location so good, near station, restaurants of varying prices (we found one where it was possible for 3 to have a good meal with bottle of wine for less than £55 but also got ripped of paying more for tiny plate of pasta and small glass of wine). Expensive little supermarket oposute but much cheaper Carrefour Express about 200m away, turn right out of the hotel. Easy walk straight down main road to ancient city. It was hot for time of year, 33 degC+ but aircon great, best I've had in a hotel - powerful and controllable. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Rome

The location of this property was great, it was clean, and breakfast was good for the price. We were put on “terrace” room, which was essentially a converted shed on the roof. While it was novel to be the only people up there, the shower was horrendous. Additionally (it wasn’t a problem for us, but may be for some) the lift only went up to floor 4, so if you’re on 5 or the roof you have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs. Overall a good stay, the shower just needs some work!
