Nice Hotel close to the metro. Stayed for 3 nights. Basic but adequate breakfast. Very friendly welcome. A couple of minutes from Metro. Will use Imperia Suite again.

Imperia Suite is the place to stay in Rome
Imperia Suite is a small family type hotel, conveniently located in Municipo II ( center of Rome), about 25-30 min by all major attractions even Termini Station. The Hotel was well kept the room and all bathrooms, cafeteria etc were sparkling clean. The room that we stayed in was on first floor with a small terrace facing the rear garden, with high ceiling and cold AC ( wee needed it at night).The staff is extra friendly offer help and services like storing suitcases before entering or after leaving the room. The free breakfast is worth waking up by 10 am or shortly after , the espresso and the chocolate croissants- delicious! Would stay again and would highly recommend to all my friends and family ,in fact we are planning a trip in December 2018 , so no doubts we are staying in Imperia Suite Hotel.

We had a fab stay in this guesthouse. We had the top floor room with our own private terrace which was AMAZING. A huge bonus after a long day of sight seeing in the heat to return to this terrace with sun loungers and seats. Lovely pastries for breakfast and a 5 minute dander to Policlinico metro. Gran sasso restaurant is a 1 minute walk away and by far the best italian food we had during our whole stay in Italy. My husband is still talking about it even a few weeks after. DEFINATELY worth a visit for authentic italian cuisine.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My suite room was on the roof top so walking up stairs was tiring as they did not have a lift and difficult especially with luggage. Breakfast was very simple. The room was moderate for a suite room. Bed was not as comfortable as I expected.

buona soluzione ma valutare
la camera era ampia e con un bel terrazzino panoramico. La struttura non ha l'ascensore quindi è possibile che si debbono fare 3 piani a piedi. la colazione è discreta, ma non con ampia scelta. im zona non ho avuto problemi per il parcheggio.

Piccolo albergo in posizione vicina al Policlinico. Considerato il costo molto basso, non si può pretendere di più, ma alcune cose andrebbero migliorate, tipo uno sgabello in camera per appoggiare le valigie. Da migliorare anche la pulizia

Buona struttura
B&B situato in posizione particolarmente comoda per spostarsi agevolmente dentro Roma. Personale molto accogliente, la struttura è davvero bella, la camera con terrazzo, pur mansardata e non proprio comodamente abitabile, è carina e molto particolare, soprattutto per la comodità del terrazzino esclusivo. Piccole cose da migliorare: colazione un pò scarna, climatizzazione in stanza poco efficiente.

L’hôtel est bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du métro et seulement 3 arrêts du Colisée. La chambre est correcte. Cependant l’isolation est inexistante si bien que vous avez l’ilpression de participer aux conversations sous votre fenêtre, nous étions au 3 eme étage et nous entendions la cafetière du premier le matin sans compter les vibrations du métro chaque fois que ce dernier passe. C’est le gros bémol de l’appartement. Dernier petit point, il n’y a pas de draps housse seulement un drap sur le matelas ce qui implique que vous pouvez vous retrouver à dormir sur le matelas directement au petit jour. Convient pour un court séjour.

Angolo di tranquillità nel caos metropolitano
Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e cordialità dal ragazzo ( purtroppo non ricordo il nome!) alla reception che ci ha guidato in camera...già l'androne delle scale la dice lunga :fantasie geometriche sulle pareti , e smalto nero molto chic , scale vintage bellissime. la camera molto semplice , bianca con rifiniture nere , lettone , divano , frigo bar e bella tv...bagno pulito con rifiniture di pregio. Terrazza con tavoli ,poltrone e ombrelloni per relax ; sala lettura che trabocca di fumetti di diabolik , wifi ovunque e angolino bar per la colazione in giradineto...cornetti con nutella , succhi , caffè , cappuccino , caffè ,torte...SI STA BENE!...ah..abbiamo avuto anche la fortuna sfacciata di trovare parcheggio GRATIS praticamente sotto il portone...METRO a 2 minuti a piedi! che dire....per concludere...PREZZO IRRISORIO! BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI...quando tornerò a ROMA SAPRò SICURAMENTE DOVE ALLOGGIARE! DAJIEEEEE :) GRAZIE MILLE !! :)

Il ragazzo della reception mi ha chiamato piu volte per affrettarmi a fare il checkin ma io non potevo essere in orario in quanto i mezzi aereo e treno non li guidavo io . Inoltre appena arrivati il confronto tra le foto e lo stato attuale delle camere erano molto differenti . Inoltre sia entrando nel beb che nelle camere c' era uno strano odore insopportabile e dei gestori non si e' vista neppure l'ombra

Buongiorno mi dispiace per la sua recensione sia perchè non le è piaciuta la nostra struttura sia perchè ha detto delle imprecisioni Paolo il ragazzo che si è permesso di chiamarla in realtà le stava facendo una gentilezza , aspettandola fino a tardi nonostante ci sia scritto che il check in è entro le 20:00 Proprio per venire incontro alle varie esigenze (lo posso immaginare che il treno non lo guidasse lei!!!) noi chiediamo la cortesia di comunicarci l 'orario di arrivo proprio per poterci organizzare...siamo un B and B , NON un albergo nonostante ciò cerchiamo di dare più servizi possibile Io mi chiamo Veronica, sono la proprietaria , ho due figli piccoli (4 e 6 anni) ed oltre questo lavoro, che svolgo ogni giorno 7 su 7 ho anche un' altra attività imprenditoriale..insomma mi do da fare :) e durante il suo soggiorno mi sono permessa di fare una piccola vacanza con la mia famiglia, spero che non sia un problema per lei La prossima volta mi farebbe piacere che si firmasse e mi spiegasse meglio il motivi della sua insoddisfazione perchè abbiamo molto da migliorarci e le critiche costruttive sono sempre ben accette un caro saluto Veronica

Chambre plutot propre, mais j'ai eu des problèmes d'eau chaude. Durant 2 nuits j'ai eu le droit à de l'eau glaciale. Apres plainte, la proprio a fait un geste mais petit geste. Ce genre d'incident peut arriver mais il faut proposer une solution rapidement. Exemple : me proposer une autre chambre si dispo. Petit dejeuner assez pauvre et la salle aussi. Sinon quartier calme, bien situé à proximité du métro. Un restaurant juste à côté.

Si può fare con la camera giusta
Avevo prenotato un appartamento indipendente per maggiore confort avendo visto le foto sul sito. Purtroppo mi ritrovo in una mansarda che non assomigliava proprio a quanto avevo visto. Il tetto era molto basso per la maggior parte della camera e l'arredo vecchio. Anche la pulizia lasciava a desiderare (polvere sotto il letto). Il bagno era piccolo soprattutto per il lavabo e la doccia rotta. Problema notevole: una porta di ingresso di vetro... So che altre stanze sono migliori, moderne e rifinite ma non ho avuto il piacere di parlare con i proprietari per capire il perché di questa differenza. La posizione è ottima e la colazione fresca e puntuale.
