"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome. Many restaurants and shops nearby and east walking distance to most tourist attractions besides the Vatican. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. No iron in the room which was annoying- there is supposed to be one in the galley on each floor but was missing for our 4 night stay. You shouldn’t be able to remove it! The roof terrace was lovely but a little too chilly while we were there in mid May. Will definitely stay here again when in Rome."

"the rooms are dated I believe and the color scheme is a bit weird, but very clean and quiet, no airport traffic heard when we went to bed early so that was nice. Plenty of towels and they provided all the shower and sink amenities from a name brand vendor so that was nice. Ate in the bar and food we had was was good and delivered quickly. The menu in the bar is a shorter version of what's served in the dining room we were told. Also very easy to get to the airport for an early morning flight. Shuttle bus runs 24/7 and we needed to catch it at 4:30AM to make the first flight out. Shuttle is supposed to run every 15 minutes. Let's just say it's every 15 minutes +/- 10 minutes and you should plan on the late side. The shuttle was late for both our pickup and drop-off at the airport. However, it was easy to find the pick-up point at the airport so that was a plus."

"Pros: Checkin process was super fast and the reception staff were great. Executive suite room was nice and spacious. Nice king bed and comfortable pillows. Towel warmer was also a nice touch. Amenities were nice. Roof and pool were great. Cons: Rough neighborhood and a longer walk to sights. Bartender with the dreadlocks at the pool was a jerk."
