The property was in an ideal location to walk to all landmarks. Breakfast was basic. We had a superior room with a courtyard view but it was fairly disgusting and smelt really bad with no view at all. Had to keep the window closed accordingly.

Good boutique hotel close to Spanish steps and metro. Downside is bed is rock hard. Breakfast was plentiful but needs to start earlier as only from 8 - 10am which is inconvenient for heading out to major tourist attractions.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Spanish steps (only a few minutes on-foot), outdoor restaurants, and shopping. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The two bed, two bath suite was perfect for traveling with adult family members. Each room has its own refrigerator, TV, and safe. We liked the decor of the hotel. The dining room is beautiful, and the hot and cold food on the buffet was delicious. For people with disabilities: This hotel does not have a lift/elevator, and all of the rooms and the dining room are on the second floor, so one must climb a staircase. The stairs are comfortably spaced, but there are several of them. There are also a few steps on the second floor in the halls. Also, the hotel is built on a hillside, so one must walk up or down a grade to get to the front entrance. We had no trouble getting an Uber at the hotel. We wouls stay at this hotel again.
