"Great hotel near the Vatican."
From the check-in experience - where the reception staff conducted me to the room for an inspection before taking occupancy to the late lunch at the bar, assistance with selecting tours, recommendation for a special dinner and check-out experience were excellent. Loved the quiet location and scenic views. Highly recommend the hotel.

"Perfect for both Rome and the beach."
Fantastic place to see Rome and the beach with a great pool to relax in after sight seeing. The pool could stay open a bit later than 6:00. The staff gave my daughter a birthday card with some free treats which was a lovely touch. The restaurant was great as was the shop. We would definitely recommend this place.

"2nd visit but not the last!!"
Our last stay here was in August 2012 & it was a complete pleasure to be back in September 2014!! This hotel has the most perfect location for all you want to do in Rome-whether it be shopping, relaxing or sightseeing-or all 3! We had requested a pool view room which we got on the 4th floor-it was immaculate & cleaned daily to a very high standard.Towels & bedding are of superb quality. We arrived 1.5 hours earlier than check in time but our room was ready when we arrived. Breakfast was plentiful & a very relaxing atmosphere with food to suit all tastes & staff throughout the hotel are just so excellent at doing their job-you feel like customer service is hugely important to them. We will always come back to this hotel when we stay in Rome-the real jewel in the crown here is that you are only 15 mins on the hotel shuttle to Rome centre & you also have the pleasure of having a swimming pool in this hotel-very few central hotels in Rome actually have pools & in the summer months, you do need a pool. Hotel shuttle bus runs perfect to time, daily at specified times & there are timetables available at reception & the cost is only 1.5 euros per person each way. A taxi will cost between 10-13 euros from central Rome back to the hotel-always check you have a taxi with a meter before entering the taxi. There is a supermarket 8 mins walk away from this hotel & an amazing Chinese restaurant called La Luce almost next to the supermarket-food here is fab & very reasonable!! We will be more

"More than I expected!!"
To be honest I wasn't sure what to expect when booking this as you have to meet someone on the street corner, BUT it was just fine! Finding the street corner was a bit of a challenge. We found Fabrizio right on time and ready to help us with anything we needed. The appartment was clean and inviting with 2 full washrooms and all the Italian charm you expect! It was very close to sights shopping food anything you need! 100% guaranteed!

"Great hotel, excellent location."
I am very satisfied with Hotel Forum. The room was humongous compare to my last stay in a different hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was perfect. Five minute walk from the Roman Forum, and eight from the Coliseum. Smack in the center between Termini station and Cavour Station, which are only 10 minutes walk. Our rooms face the side of the hotel on the fourth floor, with two big windows that we kept open must of the time. You can hear the street sounds if you do, but we found it charming. Wi-Fi was very good, having Wi-Fi extenders all over the floor. The restaurant has a great view but is way, way to overprice. Instead go to restaurants off the main tourist traps streets and you will find good dinner at reasonable prices. Up Via Cavour (next to hotel) there are several grocery shops. We had no problem using the refrigerator to put the groceries with bought like other guest mention. Be aware that went you take out the card that controls the electricity in the room the refrigerator will turn off.

"Steps to St Peter Square"
It is just steps to St Peter Square. Hotel is in a historical buildings and have old furniture, old dinning hall and paintings along the stairs. Room is in old style but the washroom is renovated. Hotel staffs are friendly, they speak fluent English and hard to practice my few Italian words. The have two Mac next to reception and WIFI throughout the building. Hotel is on a main street and walking distance to Metro and bus stations. The route between Metro and the hotel is well lit so you feel safe if you head back late to hotel.

Nice place to stay, clean, roomy. A ways away from the city center (but within 40 minutes, walking) - but quiet area. Neighborhood felt safe. Staff was very helpful.

"Great hotel, overlooking the Roman Forum"
Great place to stay in Rome. Close to the Colosseum and therefore the Metro station there (go up the escalator around the side to avoid tourists if walking from the train station to the hotel in a hurry) as well as overlooking parts of the Forum. Staff spoke Italian and English. Room and bathroom very comfortable and well appointed, with careful use of space. Their pre-booking service of limo/town-car to airport is very handy, and driver arrived early and got us straight there. nice design, and overlooking forum meant not many neighbours so reduced noise. I plan to stay there again.

"Lovely and amazing!!!"
I definitely recommend this hotel. It was superb. The staff were fantastic and helped loads and also the location was perfect. The breakfast was really good and included hot drinks like cappuccino freshly made. The room was comfy, clean and very pretty in classical style. A must go!

"Stayed January 2015."
Right across from the Vatican. Excellent rooms. Asked for interconnecting rooms and we're given them. Staff were friendly and informative. All spoke good English. Stayed here 5 years ago, has been refurbished and improved throughout. Excellent breakfasts too. Easy access to Rome via an easy to use bus service.
