Booked a double king room. It was so spacious. The shower was huge, which is rare for European hotels. The staff was amazing. Fresh towels and room service daily. Breakfast options at the hotel were very good. The only thing I would say is the bed was not super comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our room was spacious, clean, and updated. The location was good and it was easy to get around the city from there. Some very good restaurants were right down the street. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel and found the staff to be most helpful.

In the Expedia app it said we would receive a bottle of sparkling wine as a gold member as well as a room upgrade. I did not receive the wine nor the upgrade. Not sure if it was because of availability. Hotel seemed full.

We liked our 3 night stay at Divina bec of its proximity to the places we wanted to visit. There are pretty good restaurants within the area, the area is not so chaotic compared to the busier ones, and safe to walk around at night. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay more enjoyable. Shout out to Julian who always had a smile on his face and coordinated our boxed breakfast since we had to go to early morning tours!

I liked everything about this hotel, especially the proximity to the Spanish Plaza, which means it's near the Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. With a little more walking, there is easy access to the Colosseum. Great location.

This hotel is located in a great spot. Easy walking distance to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. There were a number of good restaurants on the same block as the hotel. The staff were always pleasant and willing to help when asked. Easy to access taxis and public transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at The Divina which started the moment we arrived and were greeted by smiley friendly staff. Our room was big and very modern and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was huge and again spotless. The hotel itself is modern with a darker ambience, which I personally like. The ladies that served our breakfast were really pleasant and attentive, knew our coffee orders on just the second morning, really nice breakfast also. The hotel was perfectly located for us to walk to and from every day and we didn’t use the Metro once! All in all a really lovely stay, thank you Divina staff!

Unfortunately my rating dropped to 3 stars only because of the mannerism of one of the staff in particular , Mauro. I had asked reception the night before to chill a bottle of Prosecco as I have invited 2 members of my family from the palace hotel to my room before we go out for dinner. When they arrived they were told to produce physical ID as per rule of the hotel. One of my guests had changed her handbag and had forgotten to transfer the ID to the new bag. She was refused enter to my room although she had photos of her ID on her phone. I am a man of rules and respect but this requirement is not printed anywhere on the paperwork in the room nor at reception. Extremely disappointing specially that my family visit Rome twice a year but would not consider staying at Divina. R. Zand

The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was great. There cappuccinos are wonderful. They cleaned the room on a daily basis and brought fresh towels. No complaints!

The location of the hotel was perfect for walking around the city and seeing the sights. Our welcome and the service provided on reception was always friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the local restaurants (next door) were both good value and superb food.

We did like the property, but the only thing that we did not like was that it was limited on when they use the A/C. I'm assuming that it may be a European thing, but it just caught us off guard.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, from the warm greetings as we entered, to assisting us with anything we needed. Our room was cleaned amazingly with thought and care with every detail. The breakfast was great. The service and all of the team at this hotel was great and friendly. We were sad to leave. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was overall good. Walkable to many shops, restaurants, the Spanish steps & plaza España. The room was very comfortable and spacious, however our tv never worked, we had a few issues with our room key (all resolved successfully) and the WiFi was pretty slow. Please note, in March they consider it winter so there is no a/c available in the rooms. Mauro at the front desk was great, very friendly and helpful.

Lovely small boutique hotel - simple tasty breakfast - very tiny bar area Room large and light and great shower - nice touch with included mini bar in room and coffee machine Staff seemed to have to multitask - one guy doing bell boy / bar man and odd jobs ! Sadly they are let down by the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever had in a 4 star hotel- it felt like a one star bed - no sleep luckily there was a sofa I slept (badly) there The staff did try their best to help and gave a spare duvet to put as a mattress topper but this didn’t help

AC was not not working.They say they don't use AC in March. Had to keep window open. Otherwise tempratue in room would be 90F Some lights did not work.
