We loved our stay here. Location was perfect, close to transport , shops and lots of restaurants. The triple room was very clean, big and the beds was so comfortable. The only thing that can be improved would have to be that the bathroom needs a blockout blind. Other than that our stay was amazing and the staff were very welcoming and when we asked for a late checkout it was no problem at all. If we come back to Rome we would definitely book this place again.

the location is unbeatable, walking distance to Vatican City and many dining options. We were also very pleased that we couldn't hear any of the street noise from inside our room, but we still got the view.

Everything was amazing. Very comfortable and clean room, good area, very good overall value for money. Not to mention the location was next to subway and busses. Could not ask for more. Host was very friendly and helpful. Perfect😊

Owners were very nice! Rooms were very and clean, we got amazon firestick which was very helpful because we have a 2 year old with us. 1-2 minutes walk to subway station, lots of good restaurant nearby.

Spectacular service, location and room
Amazing hotel, couldn’t have asked for better service! The owner even went out of her way to check us in when we got in quite late. Bathroom was luxurious and it was in a perfect location - close to the Vatican, the Metro and local amenities. This is the only place I would stay in Rome, we will definitely be back!

This was a cute apartment with lots of room1 bedroom and living area/kitchen 2 big beds decorated nice and great air conditioning! It was so hot in July in Rome and very refreshing to have cold air when we got back to the room since we are from Texas. Very close to the Metro and lots of great shops and restaurants

I booked 2 rooms in this property.. 1 room for couple with 1 year old baby and the other for two adults.. both rooms were clean, spacious, good aircon and had kettle which was very useful.. location is perfect, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, 2 mins walk to Ottaviano metro, and 10-15 mins walk to St. Peter's Basilica.. BUT if you're a light sleeper, then you might have a problem because you can hear the noise outside.. Staff are friendly and helpful too.. I'll surely stay on this property again!

Great location: 5 minute walk to Vatican Museum entrance, metro and good restaurants. It’s quiet as can be with city noise and the rooms are spacious, clean, has good storage, blackout curtains, and a small kitchen (but no sink so you have to use the bathroom sink) The WiFi is great if you have an iPad or laptop, but if you’re relying on your phone...not so much (note: there’s no common room or communial computer) There is an elevator so don’t worry about climbing stairs with your heavy luggage. Make sure to notify them when you’re arriving so someone can come and let you in but Arianna was great about contacting you first. We were happy!

Location is the only thing I liked about this place. Place looked better in pictures. The worst thing was the bed comforter- I'm not sure if it was not washed or if it was "washed" with probably no detergent. Sheets were ok. Place overall was clean including the bathroom. It was just the comforter. There is nothing like going to sleep on a clean smelling bed- even if the place is a little worn out, if the bed is clean smelling, it can make the stay worth it. Location: It is steps away from metro station (which is why I chose this place) and Vatican museum. Lady who checked me in was waiting for me at the door outside which was nice given it is on the second floor inside a building which might be confusing. Good AC & plenty of hot water in the shower.

The only problem is that they don't have a reception, which we weren't comfortable with. That said, they did book an early morning taxi for us. Overall, the stay was fine.

Strategic, Convenient and Simple
Comfortable rooms, free wifi and good customer service. Location is really strategic - 1 minute to Ottaviano Metro, 10-15 walk to Basilica St Peter, 5 mins walk to Vatican Museum. Room is nice and traditional, bathroom is adequate for me although shower could be a problem for a big person. The owners are nice and professional - this is my 2nd time staying there and would definitely return to this plaxe if I visit Rome again.

The reason I booked this property was due to its closeness to Vatican. Once informed about our arrival, the staff was there to greet and help us with information but we never saw them again. The place was nice with a private bathroom and good air-conditioning. Our room faced the interior court hence was quiet in the night. There is a McCafe and McDonald just 100 ft away where one can get a good breakfast. The Metro is also close by and Spanish Steps just two stations away. For the single bed, they placed the head board but did not attach to the bed which made noise through the night as one changed sides by banging with the wall.

Great location
The staff here were very friendly. They emailed me prior to our check in to make sure we had directions to the hotel etc. The hotel has a lot of character, with a cute little shared courtyard downstairs. Room was very clean, nice bathroom. We had to check out very early due to a flight and they left us a nice little good bye note on our door. Very close to restaurants, metro, and 5 minutes to Vatican City.

Enough space. Aircon in every room was very nice in this hot weather. There was a near by car parking. Good restaurant was also in the next door. Overall it was a good stay.

Best Hotel Ever!
This is the best Hotel I ever stayed in. The staff was wonderful and they made sure I was very well taken care of. The Hotel is in walking distance to the Vatican Museum and very close to the Metro station. Nice food shops and local eateries to visit. The hotel was clean and quiet. Arianna made sure my checking in process was early and made me feel at home in Rome. I will visit again. Caio!

Steps from the Vatican!
Located literally STEPS from the Vatican, this apartment was incredibly comfortable! The neighborhood was very quaint! We would definitely rent here again.

Excellent stay. Everybody very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms/bed. Near the Vatican and Metro. It seemed a very safe area even if you arrive/leave late on your own. If there are two things I must comment, these are: Double bedroom a bit too small and €10 for a left luggage! Otherwise, I strongly recommend.

Hail Caesar Vatican!!
Many Restaurants and shops in every direction. Five minute walk to the Vatican. No continental breakfast, but SMAX's,a great open air place for good cappuccino and fresh croissants is literally just outside the front door.

Nice Hotel Close to Vatican
Stayed in August 2015 with family. The hotel is strategically located, approximately 2 minutes walk to Ottaviano Metro Station and 10 minutes walk to St. Peter's Square. Room is clean. Bathroom is clean although the shower is quite small, but still acceptable. For the price listed, this is a good deal. Staff was friendly and helpful. The owner contacted us before we arrived to anticipate our arrival and provide directions.

Family of 5 stayed 2 nights. Condition of building is not good. But the room was clean. The room served it's purpose. We cooked but there were not dish towels to clean up with. You need to supply yourself with paper towels. Great grocery store about 3 doors down. Very close to Vatican. We walked.

Good location and confortable room.
Great stay! Hotel is a couple of blocks of Vatican city, walkable distance. 1 block from Metro station, is a clean room with stairs or elevator to reach first floor. You have many restaurants close to hotel and vatican city, supermarkets around as well. Communication with owner to arrange check in was great and they were waiting for us when we arrive. Room was confortable, seems to be recently renewed

Booked this place based on the great reviews, but this place fell short. I appreciated the email from the owner asking what time I was planning on arriving since they weren't open all day. Even after setting a time, there was no one at the hotel when they said someone will be there. It took a good half an hour until someone finally showed up. After check-in, it got better and the neighborhood is great, but the rooms are right over a very busy street and you'll see lots of drivers yelling and screaming at each other every afternoon. If you think if this as entertainment, then great. If not, it gets old really fast. Inside the room, the cheap mattress was lacking support to say the least...woke up with backaches every morning. Overall, it's a fine place to stay, but it is really basic. There are much better options in the same neighborhood.

Dear Sir/madam, you arrived before our agreements. However you waited only 10 minutes! I'm sorry but in the center of Rome is normal traffic, with the window closed you don't hear noises. best regards

Newly Renovated Rooms
The guys did not speak English that much but were very patient and accommodating. They were very quick to respond to emails. The rooms are all newly renovated located 4 mins from the Vatican and stores makes it a great place. The Turkish restaurant right below has good food and cold beer and is open late.
