The Best Western Canada Hotel Rome is a first class establishment. Our room was five star in our opinion. The ceilings are very high, with artistic painting and accents. Extremely comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom, nicely furnished room, very clean and well maintained. Only potential negative issue for anyone with mobility issues is that the elevator was smaller, old fashioned (two sets of doors for the entrance), and slower. We always take the stairs, so it was a non-issue for us. Highly recommend the fantastic breakfast buffet each day, which is a bargain in Rome at 8 Euros per person, including everything. Besides an excellent assortment of hot and cold breakfast options, lots of fruit and fruit salads are available, and the crossaint and sweeter options are amazing, plus the service is second to none. Great central location, close to Termini Station and adjacent to a Metro stop. Friendly, helpful staff.

My daughter and I had single rooms which were well equiped and comfortable. The environment is quiet even though the main railway and bus stations for Rome are only seven hundred meters away. An easy walk. Breakfast was very nice with a good choice which should suit moststastes. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The internet connection was not the fastest but it was generally stable and certainly good enough for skype voice. I would return here for sure.

Stayed here for three nights in June. Hotel was excellent, staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, free laundry service available, free Wi-Fi, breakfast buffet had a big selection, 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station, walking distance to the main sights including the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain.

We booked this 4* hotel through Expedia along with our flights & tours. We used the shuttle bus to get there and was last dropped off & first picked up when we left. The Wi-fi is excellent, best I have ever used and is free. You can hear voices, bath running and footsteps next door and in upstairs rooms but not too bad. Staff were very attentive and spoke good English.

Oh how we wish we knew about the team from flamingo to just behind the hotel ( 4th stop for any future guests) as we dragged the cases so far and started our stay in Rome a little narked.
The hotel is excellent, the rooms are small and can be difficult to manovere around with big cases. The rooms however are modern clean and complimentary drinks are available in the mini bar.
The staff are excellent we were unaware of their early closing on a Wednesday therefor arranged a pizza delivery ( I know Brits abroad) to our rooms.
Breakfast just what you need with accommodating staff and a good selection.
The location of the hotel is good if you buy a tourist travel pass you can use tram and train with the Vatican and colloseum only two stops away.

friendly staffs. able to communicate in English, room is clean, cold a/c, has a balcony if want a fresh air, accesible to two main stations (termini and tuburtina), bus stop is just right the front, lots of choices for breakfast. the only very slight downside are the pillows. they're a bit hard but it's a personal preference and there should be more english channels but again because I can't understand Italian/Spanish. over all we are very happy with our stay.
