One of the best B&B in Rome. Centrally located with buses and train options as well as walking distance to Vatican City. Daniele is a great host! He was so informative and provided recommendations for places of interests and local dining. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant as well. I will definitely stay here when I’m back in Rome.

The room was spot clean. It’s right outside of ZTL and street parking costed 1 euro per hour. Daniele was super helpful and friendly. It was about 10 min walk to Vatican City and the St. Angelo church, 15 min to the Spanish steps. Many shops and restaurants right downstairs, and a market across the street. I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in Rome again.

Hidden Gem!
Excellent hotel. A lot of attention to detail. Super clean and comfortable. The property manager gave us wonderful suggestions for our stay.

In a nice area and close to Vatican. Staff were only there in the morning, but were friendly and have a telehone at frontdesk if assitance is needed after their departure. Room was clean, cute and very spacious. Overall good stay A

Otherwise we staff our B&B a minimum of 12 hours per day from 7AM to 8PM and are available for any emergencies, for this reason it is at your disposal at desk a telephone for all our guests and we also leave upon arrival our personal emails addresses to reach us at anytime. We try to make that clear on our website and when making reservations, but we can always do better and we appreciate the feedback. Excellent Stay
We had a one night stay and it was great. Great location walking distance to Vatican City and Rome Center or Bus Station. Staff (Daniele) was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Assisted with great suggestions and recommendations to do and eat, a plus. Also, assisted with our transfer and luggages. Very communicative.

We had a wonderful time, and Daniele was very attentive. The only thing was mattress was a bit to hard for me. If you like a firm mattress it would be good but I need softer. My hips were sore. All in all we probably would stay again.

Great couple of days at this property in rome.
Excellent reception from Daniele. Fantastic location, close to Lepanto underground station, safe and upmarket. Supermarket very close. Large room with good air con. Only slight niggle was that the tv reception was down- although in Rome, we wouldn’t have to use to use it a lot :-)

Great location. Even received a phone call whilst en route from the airport to check that the flight was on time and if I needed any help finding the B & B. Even though it is in a lively residential area, the room was extremely quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Fresh towels and room cleaned to a very high standard every day. Just be aware that the breakfast is served seperately at the cafe below, and take a discount voucher slip from the reception area with you. No scrambled eggs on a Sunday.

We had to wait for staff to arrive when we first got to the hotel, but once they did, they were very pleasant and apologetic. The breakfast policy could have been made clearer.

Spacious room and 2 separate full sized beds.
Love it. Room is very spacious and very clean and in a great location. 15 mins walk to the Vatican. Close to the Bus station. In a busy (in the morning) neighborhood but very quiet at night. The rooms are exactly what's on the pictures.

Daniele and his staff are superb. They are friendly and totally helpful. The room was spotless and well maintained. The location is in the heart of Rome, and we walked to the Vatican. Incredible restaurants were all around. We loved the inclusion of a bidet in the bath. However, the room was very small with little storage. We lived out of a suitcase for 6 days. The small breakfast shop next door (standard food charges apply) was clean and the owner was a joy to speak with every day. All in all, a very good choice.

Great hotel close to Vatican
Very clean hotel close to St Peters. Staff could not do enough to help. Was able to leave luggage in locked storage after checkout. Great cafe across the road at the Bakery. Very comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

Perfect for what you need in Rome
We spent 3 days in time and this was the perfect base, just round the corner from the Vatican and not too much of a walk to get to the centre of Rome. Clean tidy and staff were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who went to Rome.

The room was clean and comfortable and in a quiet part of town. All the staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The manager gave us excellent advice and recommendations for things to do, how to get there and where to eat.

Wonderful little peace of Rome
This place was great. I was only in Rome for 4 days with my two young boys. The area was great with nice little shops and wonderful cafes and restaurants. Room was a nice size and very clean with daily maid service. We were met at the door by staff. Who was extremely helpful and welcoming. Gave me some great tips about the area and Rome in general. Gave info about buses and metro and where to buy tickets..... I used all of her recommendations and was grateful for all of it. If needed there was always someone at the desk during the day. I am so glad I came upon the peace of Rome on hotels.com. I would return and recommend to anyone.

At a first look Peace of Rome is a modest looking B&B in a very old building. But you have to keep in mind that this is a B&B, not a hotel, and that Rome is a very old city. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, they arranged us a nice transfer from the airport and every one of the suggestions they gave us were spot on! The location is amazing, walking distance from Vatican City, easy access to any of the other places you want to visit in town. The restaurants in the area were delicious, including the bakery on the corner where we had breakfast every day. I really like to point out how awesome the house keeper was, I was not expecting much from a B&B, but she left our rooms very clean and well kept!

Great little b&b in the perfect location !
Perfect 4 day trip for my wives 40th ! B&B is in the perfect location for the real Rome but not to far from the big attractions, local cafes & restaurants were perfect for breakfast and dinner but it helps to maybe speak a little Italian as its a quiet residential area . Simona is the perfect host too !!

The location is great: short walking distance to Vatican, even to the city center; two metro stations nearby. Good places to eat are plentiful. This hotel was great! The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was in a safe convenient location within walking distance to many attractions. Many good restaurants and shopping around the hotel.

Great stay, great location, only negative is that the bed was not very comfortable - even for European standards, it was on the hard and uncomfortable side! Hosts were great, we got a lot of useful information about local attractions, how to skip lines, best areas to visit, etc.

Safe, perfectly located property
This was a wonderful place to stay. The location of the bed-and-breakfast is perfect. It is in a safe area near the Vatican. Plenty of restaurants that you can walk to and a market across the street. The people who work there Went to great lengths to make sure we were happy and showed genuine concern for our happiness while we stayed with them. I would recommend this property to anyone .

A Gem
Stayed for a week in this lovely B+B with our 17 year old daughter. Excellent position for all attractions all within walking distance. Nice neighbourhood and shops, cafes and restaurants all close by. Accommodation clean and serviced well. The staff were exceptional and very helpful when we encountered problems getting our boarding passes for flight home. Certainly intend to return.

Thank you Livio for greeting us at the front door and helping us carry our luggage! We enjoyed our experience in Rome. The walking distance to VATICAN City is about a 7 minute walk. You have to try the campania of Paine bakery across the street! The extra services provided were much appreciated! Ideal location and friendly staff
As soon as we arrived, we were met by Daniele - who was friendly and keen to 'show us the ropes' - giving us ideas on where to eat and visit. The stay was comfortable and the room was spacious. A little worn in places. Overall, we would definitely return and recommend this place for the competitive price!

Excellent Location and Outstanding Hosts
Excellent customer service, from curb-side greeting to very helpful suggestions for touring and navigating Rome. Levio (not sure of spelling) went out of his way to make us feel at home. We felt as comfortable as if were staying with relatives. We couldn't have been more pleased with the location so close to the Vatican which allowed us to access all of our desired attractions with limited transportation needs. Pictures don't do justice to this quaint Bed and Breakfast. A very safe location with secure entrance and exit at all times of day and night. Amazingly, this truly was a peaceful setting even though it is so close to Vatican crowds.
