I was very disappointed with the service . Paying for the privilege service was a waste of money . Terrible customer service. Poor quality of food. Not enough entertainment

It was advertised as Montego Bay but actually in Trelawny. The place was not conviently located off the main roads but hidden away so it was not accessible to transportation or to get other food or shop. You are forced to use private companies that charge large amount of money just to take you off the property. The food was mostly american cuisine very few Jamaican choice meals available. Staff only offered water and i learned to automatically ask for something else to drink because they would not.Most staff were nice but many were less kind or helpful. In room dining only available for 12 hours then you would charged fee although this is supposed to all inclusive. Be prepared to do lots of walking. The hotel said shuttle available from airport but if you book with Expedia or another company this is not included so make sure you read carefully. We were stuck at airport and had scramble and the last moment for transportation which is not always ideal.

You could tell that the staff loved what they do, they provided top tiered customer experience from the moment you check in to the moment you leave. The property was noticeably clean and room service seemed to be around the clock. Everyone was readily available to answer any and all questions we had, we will definitely be returning.

Nice ocean front and pool area. Lobby area was like a grand central station that was always buzzing with loud activities and people going back and forth. Overall property and rooms could use some refreshing and updating

One of the Best Resorts I’ve stayed at. The most friendly and helpful staff at this resort. Everything about this resort was exceptional. It was clean and comfortable. The Food was good and fresh, service was attentive and efficient.
