We wanted a nice room for a night in Richmond before the Lego Kids Fest. Perfect for our needs with the wonderful indoor pool! We walked to dinner and used the shuttle to get to Starbucks and the convention center. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
It's deep in the ghetto. It's more of a motel really. Pretty sure the family running it lives there. There is bulletproof glass between you and the staff. I've been to shady tourist motels in Brooklyn better than this place. The furniture is disgusting and old. The bathroom is unbearable. Usually smoking rooms in hotels aren't a problem, 1. because you can choose a non smoking one and 2. because the air flow is better. I can't say that for this place. The peephole in the door was blocked out. Just all around very uncomfortable to stay in. Not worth your money. They're very unprofessional. They seem like nice people but strictly business, I hated this place.

4 Women in a hotel room with one bathroom ........ E-A-S-Y!!!! Our room was clean, roomy, beds were plenty big and we had a great view. Staff was curtious and helpful. We were in town for a big race and the hotel had a table of information in the lobby with a person who had answers to all of our questions. We'll be back!!
