The breakfast was amazing. Staff was nice and location was great. Really good value. We hung out in the lobby quite a bit. I would stay there again.

I chose this hotel because of its location and it didn't disappoint. The hotel is accessible from three bus stops and all museums and must-see destinations are within walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient and the hotel provides a humble breakfast each morning for guests from 7-10 am. My room was warm and cozy and located on the first floor, which I liked. It was quiet at night, no noisy neighbors and slamming doors. The only thing I had to get used to was the shower had no tub, just a drain, not even a platform so when you bathed, water got everyone on the floor, even with the shower curtain pulled around the area. I guess this is an Icelandic shower? I recommend Center Hotels Klopp to anyone looking for a place to stay when visiting beautiful, but freezing Iceland in the month of March.

The location is very good and convenient for everything. I love the nightlife and the restaurants there. Easily accessible to everything from bus stands to shopping and places of interest.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with almost everything Reykjavík has to offer in walkable distance. One block from the shopping district and lots of restaurants, two blocks from the bus stop, and a five to ten minute walk to Hallgrimskirkja or the harbor. Would definitely stay here the next time we visit Iceland!

Wonderful journey
Hotel was located in town. Easy walking to everything. Front desk ppl were awesome. They helped book tours. Gave directions and suggested places to eat and things to do. Very clean and quiet.

nice, not so expensive
good, not expensive hotel, they could consider more variety and changes in breakfast menu but overall I had great time, it’s close to most of the pick up points if you plan on having organised trips. great view from the window if your room is on the last floor is a massive plus.

The shower would constantly overflow the entire bathroom. Also we were right beside the Irish Pub we had a blast going obmver there for karaoke but they were loud music and late nights with loud muaic.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were helped by Farouk, who went out of the way to make things smooth for our excursions, transport, etc. Another front desk team member who helped us on a different day also took time to explain details of spots to pick during our stay. The rooms are very basic, including the bathrooms.

The breakfast was great it had bagels, oatmeal, eggs, cold cuts, coffee tea, juices, pastry They even supply coffee and croissants. If you had an early check out, the staff was extremely friendly. The location was perfect. The room was a little small. Specially because we had a third bed put in.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and easily walkable to all sorts of bars and shops. The staff was friendly and check in process was quick and easy. The room was a bit small, but that was expected. It was also a bit difficult to keep the water from the shower from going everywhere because it was quite tiny, but it still worked well for us for one night. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was okay our room was small but ok. The bath needs some care the tap was difficult to shut off and toilet seat needs to be replaced and some the tiles are loose in the shower. The ara was fine .

The were only 2 outlets for charging. Clients were aloud to smoke by the enters and when we entered we smelled the smoke. The bathroom was very dark and the shower did not look clean. The breakfast was average.

Farook, sorry if I misspelled was excellent in providing lovely recommendations and tips for iceland. Absolutely amazing service and hr made an effort to remember customer names too. Hotel is also right smack in the middle of the town and walking distance to many food places as well as the attraction points.

Great location!
Great location! Walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping, grocery store, bakeries! The hotel attendants were so helpful with directions and calling cabs for us and making activity and restaurant suggestions and making reservations! Very kind! All the cab drivers were kind, friendly and great conversationalists. The room was a bit small especially the bathroom but everything was very clean. Breakfast was good!

Shower stalls are small and with curtain. This is similar to the other 8 Icelandic hotels we stayed during our trip. Very annoying. In all the hotels, duvet only are used. Rooms are warm due to geothermal. Cannot make room temp cooler, so we were either cold with the duvet off or sweating with duvet on.
