We can't allow you to say that the house is moldy, that's not true. If you have dust allergy, an old stone and wood house may not be your destination, but mold, sorry, but no. As for the Wi-Fi connection, there was indeed a problem with the telephone company and until it was resolved, we provided the Internet access codes of our personal mobile phone so that you could connect. Less than 24 hours later, service was restored. We do not have an elevator, as we indicate in the hotel services information, but when we received you and offered to help with everything you needed, it included helping with your luggage as we do with all the guests who request it, such as tourist information, which you said you didn't need. We could have discovered you the green landscapes by the river that surround us, in just 3 minutes by car or 20 minutes walking from our house.

We are really sorry about the bad weather during your trip and that your sat/nat was wrong (we don´t know why it finished at 1/2 mile away) we have checked it again and it brings you to the parking. We are glad to hear that you have felt wellcome, your stay in our house was comfortable and you enjoyed our breakfast. We don´t have a restaurant service, we always have a diferent closed menu (first and second course) in the case you don´t want to go out to a restaurant for dinner, it is like having dinner at home. En cuanto al horario de check in, lo que intenté explicarle es que iba a ver llamadas tanto de la agencia como del establecimiento (que no se preocupase por ellas) puesto que el horario de recepción es hasta las 23:00 h máximo y no teníamos información por su parte de una hora aproximada de llegada, siento no haberme explicado correctamente.
