Local architecture
The hotel is an example of the local historical architecture. Rooms are sufficient for a short stay and location is superb.

Overall a nice clean hotel. It’s in the heart of Olinda. The staff are polite and let us check in early. The breakfast is good!

Charming hotel if you're not in a lower room
I initially had reserved one of the cheaper rooms on the lower level. The room was pretty grim and closer to what you'd expect from a cheap hostel. When I arrived on Friday, it was so loud even with the windows closed, the AC turned on, and earplugs in, I would not have been able to sleep. There was a huge street party about 1 metre away from the window. This was during off season in May - I think it's that loud every weekend. Luckily because it was off season the staff transferred me to a much nicer and much quieter room on the main floor that overlooked the pool. The pool made my stay enjoyable, especially considering the heat. The breakfast every morning was lovely with fresh fruit, prepared treats, and fresh eggs. The pousada is well located and convenient for everything in Olinda. I would recommend this hotel IF you upgrade to one of the nicer rooms. If you're looking only for a low price, you may be better off elsewhere.

Um Casarão magnífico e charmoso
Uma estada tranquila e envolta do passado , visto a pousada ser em um casarão histórico . Amabilidade dos funcionários , quarto muito bom , uma piscina boa pra refrescar do calor , localização muito boa ( da pra fazer tudo a pé ) , café da manhã com iguarias típicas e bem diversificado .

A pousada quatro cantos tem a melhor suíte de Olinda. O quarto que ficamos tinha uma varanda enorme, uma cama linda contemplando uma linda vista da cidade e ao fundo o mar. A equipe muito gentil e solícita. Com certeza iremos retornar e indicar!

Sentir a vibração de Olinda em pleno carnaval, porém sem ele(devido à pandemia) foi incrível. Lugar aconchegante e tranquilo com a beleza de todo o sítio histórico em sua volta. Café da manhã muito bom e atendimento excelente!

Maravilhosa pousada.
Excelente pousada, muito bem localizada. Nós ficamos encantados com a limpeza e com o excelente atendimento dos funcionários, especialmente da Sra Áfila muito atenciosa e que nos serviu um maravilhoso café da manhã com gostinho bem pernambucano. Recomendo e com certeza absoluta voltaremos.

Chambres diverses, préférez les suites Belle piscine seulement accessible à 9h malgré un soleil déjà bien présent. Petit déjeuner très varié et de qualité. Pousada maravilhosa. Super bem localizada, em um casarao historico no centro de olinda. Cafe da manha excelente e atendimento na recepcao nota 10. O unico ponto falho é a ausencia de estacionamento privativo, mas é facil estacionar na rua da pousada.

une expérience inoubliable
emplacement idéal permettant de visiter le centre d'Olinda à pied en peu de temps . la rue est très calme , on peut se garer en voiture près de l'hotel ce qui est surprenant . le hasard a fait que nous étions une semaine avant le carnaval et que dans cette rue on a assisté au défilé de plusieurs cortèges de Maracatu (danseuses et percussions +++) une expérience inoubliable au premières loges . le batiment est ancien , mais a beaucoup de charme , le petit déjeuner superbe .

Au coeur de la ville coloniale
Très belle situation pour cette villa coloniale classée, avec un agréable jardin et une belle vue sur la mer et le bas de la ville, tout est proche dans cette bourgade assoupie même si il faut du mollet pour faire la grimpette jusqu'au haut de la ville. Chambres basiques assez rustiques et très sombres dans la dépendance en contrebas, en revanche les chambres luxe ou les suites du bâtiment principal sont plus spacieuses et donnent un sentiment d'être hébergé dans une résidence patricienne de goût chez des amis bobos. Petit déjeuner très copieux et fantastiquement varié, avant autant de douceurs que de plats salés, un vrai brunch. Personnel agréable et à l'écoute. La piscine est un extra pour les enfants en bas âge, on ne peut pas vraiment parler de piscine, c'est plus une trempette, mais la plage est à 15 minutes à pied, pour ceux qui ne redoutent pas de nager en ville. Une bonne escale à faire pour ceux qui préfère le charme colonial d'Olinda à la modernité de la mégapole voisine de Récife.
