“Good effort, ruined by shuttle service”

Ok, it´s a standard NH located just in the middle of nothing, not precisely what you need if you are having to spend a night in transit, but it has decent rooms and a good but limited restaurant. Now, if after some hours travel you need to wait 3 hours in the shuttle stop at Frankfort to let someone pick you up after 5 calls dropped by the hotel operator (she seemed to be very tired at 6 pm to take more calls) and 2 more calls directly to the hotel, and he says "I did not come because no one told me there were people here", then you swear to yourself not to think about this hotel again in your life.

“not for an american traveler”

At at the Sheraton. This is a terrible hotel. The shuttle is very small and was full, so I had to take a 25 euro taxi to the hotel, and the return shuttle was full as well, so another 25 euros. The rooms are not what I expect for this level hotel. Limited pillows, old tv (no remote, had the deck send one), very small gym. As a business traveler, not what I expected.

The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. I was desapointed that there is no coffe maker in the room. Clean, convenient, close to the airport.

“Relax by the Pool”

Very nice accomodations, lovely pool and sauna. Free parking a plus Resturant expensive but good service. Breakfast not as good as expected for the price. Convenient to frankfurt airport
