The property was really in a good shape and the the entire staff was cooperative and friendly. Room service was prompt. They even offered complimentary dinner every alternate evening. I would definitely stay there when I visit Raleigh next time.

Check in was super easy and got to check in an hour early, room was great size however the sofa bed was very wore out so much so my children refused to sleep on it, and the kitchen area floor was very weak and the tiles where cracked! However we were able to make it work and let the desk know. The buffet breakfast was amazing!!!

Elevators did not work during our entire weeklong visit. Ice maker in refrigerator did not work. Reported to manager; was told it would be fixed the next day. Nothing happened. Repeatedly had to request for coffee in room.

very courteous staff. room was quiet, comfortable bed, great shower. breakfast was one of the better ones I've had at hotels. a decent amount of space inside and outside to hang with friends/family. close & convenient parking

Friendly staff, Comfortable and large rooms
We loved the setup and comfort of the rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cost of the rooms was reasonable and the location was good. I would stay here again when we are in the area.

We checked in for one night prior to a trip to Phoenix. We elected to take advantage of the Park and Stay feature. The desk attendant that checked is in failed to book the airport shuttle for the next morning so we ended up being late to the flight. While we were gone, our vehicle had a window smashed in. Fortunately nothing was stolen but it was incredibly upsetting to return from vacation to a damaged vehicle. No attempt was made to contact us to tell us about the vehicle and the overall attitude by the property was, “Sorry about your luck”. 10/10 would NEVER recommend.

During the first night my infant soiled the crib sheet on the crib provided so I called the front desk to request one. I was informed that they did not have access to crib sheets and only the house keeping staff could get me one. She did offer me a full size sheet. Of course, soft and loose bedding in a crib is dangerous as clearly stayed directly on the crib itself and so I declined. The next morning I called again requesting the sheet and I was once again offered the full sized sheet and then told to call after 1130 since that's when the housekeeping staff would be available. I called again after 1130 and was told someone would leave the sheet in my room. When I got back there was no sheet. Instead there was a full sized fitted sheet wrapped around the crib mattress with a sheet folded and placed on top. Extremely frustrating! I understand that not everyone is aware that many infants die every year from being placed to sleep in a crib containing soft/ loose bedding, however I do not understand how a hotel does not have extra sheets to fit all of the beds provided. Would the hotel accept full responsibility if injury or death resulted from this?My infant had to spend 2 nights sleeping on a dirty crib sheet. Not what I expected from an IHG hotel, especially after learning they joined a government safety campaign back in 2000 to improve crib safety. I was also charged $100 more than stated on my reservation but have yet to receive a receive the email receipt promised.

Great stay!
Great stay, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel provides Dove products in case you forget to bring your own soaps and lotions. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite complete with kitchenette, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster oven. We were very comfy for the 5 day stay. No pool but you can access neighboring pool (Holiday Inn). Full breakfast bar everyday too!!

Love the 2 room suite. Perfect if you're traveling with 3 or more adults. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and suite is well stocked.

Property was very clean but very worn. Needs updated. Limited electrical outlets for charging at bedside. Breakfast is nice but same selections everyday. Would be nice to have some variety for a longer stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We had the 2Bedroom suite. Stay was nice. Was surprised by the $100/night security deposit but no big deal. Overall nice stay rooms were clean and convenient.

Great location near airport. 2 bedroom suite very comfortable. One Bedroom was missing a block out cutain for the window making it very difficult for sleeping with street lighting right out side the window.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was okay and needed a few minir touches. Overall, everything was well. There was alot of construction in the area, making it confusing for the hotel entrance. Also, not any nearby shopping centers for convenience.

It was hard to see the property from the road because it's behind 3 other properties in front of it. The morning staff was very friendly but the lady checking me i n the night before didn't smile or really greet me. I felt like I was inconvenience to her. The room was clean and neat but tired. Bathroom faucet had very low water pressure, the shower was good, the TP holder was old and needed replacing. The lady who was overseeing breakfast did an excellent job. The road construction out front doesn't do this property any favors.

Hello Kevin, Sorry about the inconvenience during your stay. Unfortunately, the city of Morrisville has been doing this construction for quite some time, and is quite draining for all. We are in due time this year getting a complete renovation done to the property hope you can return next year when it is completed and we can give you a more modern property.

I didn’t like the fact that I explained my dog was a working/service dog and they still charged me for him being in the room.

The Gotel Staff was Friendly , Cleanliness was ok! Had to move the nightstand to get something we dropped and Oh the Trash and Debri behind there! The room had a little musty smell but would stay here again!
