"Exactly as presented online, no surprises. Two parents and two teens, and no privacy, but we were prepared for that. Great breeze throughout so no issues with heat, though it's still April, so not sure how summer would be. Beach path right around the corner, very easy access. Basic accommodations, but that's what we were looking for. Close to everything you need in North Shore. We had a great week, thanks Chris and Sam!"

"Charming rustic cottage with a lovely lanai looking directly out to the ocean; perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal while enjoying gentle tradewinds. We fell asleep each night to the sounds of the waves coming into shore and woke to spectacular sunrises. "This rental was just ok. It was very close to the beach but had absolutely no views. The rental was cheaply furnished. We didn't spend a lot of time there, really just slept there. A/C worked fine in the bedroom but the living area was warm. The shower was good with plenty of pressure and hot water. It had a washer and dryer which allowed us to wash clothes. It worked for us as a fairly inexpensive place to sleep and bathe just a very short walk (maybe 150 feet) from the beach."
