"Excellence is truly the perfect name for this resort—it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptional: friendly, attentive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The entire property is beautifully maintained, spotless, and absolutely stunning. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which was consistently delicious throughout our stay. I honestly can’t think of a single negative thing to say. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning!"

"We traveled with 2 little kids. Staffs are great except at the specialty restaurant, the food at inari could def be better and the servers there aren’t as good either. Some items especially Asian are extremely salty. Otherwise everything is perfect, clean, and everyone is accommodating!"

She was professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our experience exceptional. What stood out most was her positive attitude. No matter what we asked, she handled it with a smile and never made us feel like we were asking too much. Her dedication to outstanding customer service truly exceeded our expectations. "Jefrey bartender is amazing very humble and pleasant. Pools and amenities are great. The only thing this hotel needs work in the room service food. The staff is great but once the room service food gets to the room it tastes old and cold. Maybe think about keeping it in a concealed container to maintain warm."
