"From the moment we arrived at the hotel, everything was a waste of time—from check-in to check-out. A lack of communication between the front desk and Expedia led to extra expenses for us. Room service was terrible and failed to live up to what was promised upon arrival. Be careful when they offer to show you the facilities; it turns out to be a sales pitch for a membership, and if you don't buy, they treat you like you don't exist. If you miss lunch, you have to wait until the evening meal; the hotel is quite large, and it is difficult to find food among the amenities. And much more"

"This was our first ever all inclusive trip! Beautiful resort. First let me say the staff were all so very friendly!!! Our butler Osvaldo was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend him. Just a great guy all around. We loved lounging in the pool everyday. The pool bar staff were great. The bartenders Juan and Leandro were fun and made great drinks! Our favorite bartender though was Minerva!! She had the best smile, always happy and so sweet and pleasant. The beach was great. Did have one day with no seaweed and it was perfect. The vendors on the beach trying to sell goods were annoying which was one reason we stayed up at the pool. Food was ok at the buffets. Favorite restaurant was the French restaurant and our waiter Jehison made it a wonderful experience. Only downfall was air conditioning. Just didn’t cool down much at all in our room."

"Very poor service. Staff was rude and hard to communicate. We called for help or service from room. Often phone would ring 20 times with no response. Bathrooms in room have no privacy. We were in DR for 6 days. We left this property after 3 days and went to hyatt ziva and we are glad we did."
