Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, All Suite Resort - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed here 5 nights as a 20th anniversary celebration. The check-in process was easy, and we were very happy with the initial impression of the property. While we waited for our room to be ready, we waited in their Sports Bar and had lunch. Nothing impressive food-wise, and we did not visit it again during our stay. We had a room with a rooftop patio/soaking tub. The mattress was good, and they have multiple options for pillows. The rest of the room was nice, except that the couch was a pull-out (which we didn't need), but it had virtually no backrest/padding. The restaurants on-resort were great. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the Seaside buffet, which had all the same options as the main buffet. Our favorite dinner was at the French restaurant and we had a couple great dinners at the steakhouse. Relaxing around the pool and the beach, the staff was attentive and quick with drinks. Was fun to enjoy "signature" drinks from the bartenders at the Tiki Bar - we recommend the "Rafi Mule"! Numerous reviews will mention either bringing a float for the pool from home or picking up an abandoned one for your stay. We did not bring any, and there were numerous options left at the pool and tried multiple different ones."

"We had a fantastic stay at Ocean El Faro! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious with plenty of options for everyone. A special thank you to Hector Matos, who was phenomenal throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to help with anything we needed and made sure our vacation was enjoyable and stress-free. His exceptional customer service truly made a difference and helped make our trip unforgettable. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Ocean El Faro to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!"
