I loved the bartender by the pool Jose Luis and Melvin ware Amazing great service only thing that I would recommend is more control over the music sometimes the music playing was horrible over all great experiences

The staff is great! I wish i could say the same for some of the rooms. I'm traveling by myself so when i got checked in, i was in a very secluded area which isn't good for me because I'm by myself and 59 years old. So i asked can i be moved closer where there's some people. Like I said, the staff front desk associate was very patient with me. Wjen they changed the room it wss 2 twin beds. The third room was was up two flights of stairs smd i have a bad hip. The 4th room was perfect but the sofa was discussing filthy. I'm trying to add pics but it not allowing me to add them. This is day one so I'm definitely going to figure out how to add the pics, also send more reviews of my stay. I recently stayed in Puerto Plata, in Presidential Suits by lifestyle. That was an amazing experience. Best vacations ever.

Absolutely on point for the price point! The grounds are beautifully maintained. Entertainment with live music nightly. Felt so safe on entire property. Tons of food options and the beach was divine. Definitely recommend this property!

Nice place to disconnect from everyday routine Family oriented. Room was clean and comfortable. Beware! we got hooked on their Royal Holiday vacation club for 4 hours, if you don't want to waste your vacation time try to avoid their gifts. Food quality can improve and must reserve 24hrs for specialized dinning. Staff was helpful and friendly. Entertainment staff was enegetic and fun. .

Booked a 5 day stay. The food was HORRIBLE, ended up going Off the resort to purchase food at Senora Grill, which was amazing 10/10. NOT clean at all, when I first arrived my bed sheets had stains on them and smelt like mildew. Also the staff came in everyday and removed my wash cloths and towels, but NEVER replaced them until eventually I was left with none. Looove Punta Cana and all the excursions, would never return to the resort.

We did the prestige section and well worth the upgrade. Food was amazing, staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are HUGE! Would definitely go back. Lots of dining options and never had a problem getting a reservation.

This place is too busy you literally have to fight with other poeple to get food from a buffet. You have to wait for everything. Mini fridge was not working. VOCATION DESTROYED.

the hotel and bungalows are newly renovated, very nice and clean, staff is friendly, tips appreciated of course. only decent coffee is at the coffee shop, food was decent but for a five star hotel should be more diverse and better quality. alcohol selection is also decent, wish they had more choices, and swimming pools close at 7pm which is a bummer. kid friendly, nice atmosphere

The property was beautiful we had a great time. The food is average, not bad but not great. Our only complaint was that we could hear our neighbors clearly through the walls. And the beach is beautiful! Transportation around the property comes around at least every 5 minutes which was perfect!

Property was beautiful and staff was nice. Property did not seem equipped with proper staffing. The lines for buffet and food trucks were long. It was difficult to make dinner reservations on the app. There weren’t any shows at night when we visited. Liquor was very low end to the point that I couldn’t drink it. The room had a musty smell that stayed on our clothes and Bags after we returned home. The mini fridge was luke warm and juice went sour. A cockroach climbed out of my husbands menu in the seafood restaurant.

Our vacation started with lost luggage and then we got to the resort where the gave us a room that smelled moldy. We contacted the front desk and Freddy quickly got us set up in a room which was much better and the location was perfect. So glad we made the change early! The resort is large lots to see! Loved all the peacocks around too! Beaches are beautiful and well kept, walked the beach every day. The main pool could use an update as it looks worn but clean. Spent a lot of time at the 24 hour bar since they had all the Bruins games on we wanted to see. Buffet ok typical of most. Gotta do a shout out to AnnaLisa who set our table with flowers on our last day. Such a nice gesture! Overall a great experience.Would go back.

Worst vacations ever. As soon as we arrived in the airport we were intercepted by some people from a comprany called "club kaverna" who robbed us $100 easily!! Then we arrived at the hotel and they have this personnel from a company called "Royal Holiday" all around the place pushing everyone to take an orientation and literally pushing you to take their club packages and they just talk lie over lie. Stay away from these people as this is a FATAL SCAM!!!! In other words, my worst vacation ever!!!! Food plates at the buffet were dirty. The roof in the tepanyaki was literally broken and the place was floodeddd!!! It smelled like a$$ literally.

We regret that you were disturbed by pushy vendors but as we stated on another guest’s comments, we inform you one more time that Royal Holidays is an independent company that shares the same workplace with us but has nothing to do directly with our company. Then under any circumstance our guests should be forced to attempt meetings or to buy anything if the client does not want to and based on another guests comment a simple “No, Thanks” is always enough to be bothered but if they continue bothering you, it is important to report it to our guest service department, in order we can take action. Thank you for your understanding. Every point expressed will be considered as an area of improvement and corrective measures are already in action to fix these issues. Reception desk person AND her supervisor were irritable and obviously did not like their jobs. Room bathrooms full of mosquitos .. I killed at least 20 in 3 days. Minibar fridge was broken .. not working .. I called for help all 3 days .. it was never fixed. No bottled water in the room .. called 3 times .. finally came with water 8 hours later.

I was very happy with my stay. The beach is beautiful and well kept. There were many umbrellas so there was enough room to find shade. The rooms were nice. There was one day that the power went out in the morning, but it came back around lunch time. There were many food options. The buffets for breakfast and lunch was good. There were many resturaunt options available, you do have to make a reservation for all of these.

We arrived and our room was dirty. The service around the bars and food carts were terrible. Employees looked sad, disengaged, mind absent. Terrible experience. The food at the Indian restaurant was terrible. Food over all was mediocre.

When I arrived there they had no mini bar, the AC wasn’t working properly and the phone either. I had to go to the reception and Guest Service 4 times to get things done.

Rooms are maintained at 24° no matter how many times you call them to fix the AC. It says it set at 15°. It is not 15°. The mini fridge is not cold at all and they don’t have any cranberry juice.

Night entertainment with dj should be often. Room not cleaned daily. If you are not bávaro premium you can’t visit certain places. The Internet was low speed. It was hard to do a reservation at the hotel restaurants. The drinks mostly were made with cheap alcohol, the house wine was horrible.

Beautiful property with fun looking bungalows. Very friendly staff. Great beach. Many food option but quality limited although we never stayed hungry. Overall nice experience.
