"Overall experience was very positive. Customer service was pretty good. A little shout out to Edward and Meldy who were both great, had wonderful energy and helped us out a great deal. The cleaning and amenities were mostly good, but some work to be done. Entertainment provisions needed a bit better communication. Lovely grounds also."

"In hotel muy bonito y sobre todo muy limpio las habitaciones muy amplias y equipadas con todo lo necesario,la atención 1000/10 súper atentos todos ,las piscinas muy tranquilas y limpias en realidad es un hotel para relajarse ,para ir en familia ,lo único que no nos gustó fue que la mesa buffet no abría todas las noches pero también fue porque no estaba a su total capacidad el hotel pero igual habían varios restaurantes a la carta,en resumen volvería sin lugar a dudas"
