"We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would gladly recommend it to other families. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The luggage attendants were friendly and helpful, making a great first impression. We also loved the thoughtful welcome gifts—sand toys and balloons for the kids, and champagne and fresh fruit for the adults.
The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless, and the grounds crew deserves recognition as well. The palm trees, gardens, and outdoor areas were beautifully cared for and added to the relaxing atmosphere.
The golf carts made it easy to get around the large property, and the Family Selection pool was always clean and well stocked with towels. We also enjoyed the restaurants and found the food and service to be very good throughout our stay.
A special thank you to our butler, Juan, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
I also appreciated the resort's commitment to the environment. It was great to see recycling efforts and a focus on sustainability around the property.
Most of the staff members were friendly and hardworking. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have more employees speak at least basic English. At times, communication was difficult, which made getting information or assistance more challenging than it needed to be.
Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. We cannot wait to visit soon again."
