"The property was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and looked exactly as advertised in the photos and descriptions. From the grounds to the rooms, everything was well-maintained and inviting. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only negative interaction we had was with the tour representative, who was very persistent and seemed unwilling to accept “no” for an answer when we declined the presentation. It made for an uncomfortable experience that could have easily been avoided. Our butler was very sweet and pleasant whenever we interacted with him. However, we were a bit disappointed by the level of attentiveness we received. We often observed him going above and beyond for other guests, while our requests and needs didn’t seem to receive the same level of attention. While he was always kind, we expected a more consistent butler experience. Despite those minor issues, the resort itself exceeded our expectations. The beauty of the property, cleanliness, and exceptional service from most of the staff made for a memorable vacation, and we would definitely consider returning."

"Our stay at Finest Punta Cana was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the customer service throughout the entire resort was exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to the amazing teams at the Surf & Turf restaurant, the Italian restaurant, and especially the incredible staff at the lobby bar, where we received some of the best service of our entire stay. We would like to recognize Yilendy, Francis, Osvaldo, Samira, Nicauri, Kisauri, Jensy, and Kansandra for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Their genuine hospitality made our vacation truly memorable. A very special thank you also goes to the supervisors, Aurelio and Junior, whose leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction were outstanding.
