"Half the things I our 1st room didn’t work…refrigerator, phone, jacuzzi tub. So when we moved rooms everything then worked but our room keys kept shutting off our reservations never transferred which caused us not to be able to use the WiFi most of the time. We were told we would get extra amenities sent to the room that never showed up. Btw bring your own hair dryer that stated there’s are not to dry hair only refresh whatever that’s supposed to mean. Just very sub par resort and the entertainment was time I will never get back in my life but a comedic memory none the less."

"Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at this resort. The property is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the experience was positive overall. However, there are a few areas where some improvements could elevate the resort from good to exceptional. One of the biggest challenges during my stay was navigating the property. I found myself getting lost on multiple occasions, and when I asked staff members for directions, several told me they were unfamiliar with certain areas of the resort. I believe staff should be better equipped to assist guests with navigation, as providing clear directions is an important part of the guest experience. In addition, the resort could benefit from more directional signage throughout the property. Guests receive a map during check-in, but realistically, most people do not want to carry a pamphlet with them while enjoying their vacation. Strategically placed signs would make it much easier for guests to find restaurants, pools, activities, and other amenities. Lastly, I think the pool experience could be enhanced by adding a swim-up bar to at least one of the pools. Having to get out of the water each time I wanted a drink was inconvenient and interrupted the relaxation experience. A swim-up bar would be a great addition and would further enhance the resort atmosphere. Despite these suggestions, I had a great stay and would recommend this resort. With a few small improvements, I believe it could provide an even more outstanding experience."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Our family had an amazing time at the Hard Rock Punta Cana! There was so much to do for both kids and adults that we were never bored. The pools, beach, activities, and entertainment kept everyone happy throughout the trip. The service was excellent—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food and drinks were surprisingly good, especially for an all-inclusive resort. There was plenty of variety, and we found ourselves enjoying every meal without feeling like we were sacrificing quality. Overall, this is a fantastic destination for families looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. We had such a great experience that we'll definitely be coming back!"

"Pros: - Big pool and amazing beach with good amount of seating. We didn’t have a problem finding chairs after looking for a few mins. - Most of the staff was friendly and helpful - Room was big and a good layout - Train/tram to take guests around the hotel was running often and we could usually get on it. Only crowded sometimes so we’d just walk but as big as the hotel seems, it’s very walkable and you can get from the furthest point in under 15 mins. Cons: - Room could have been cleaner. The floors weren’t that clean, linens and towels weren’t the cleanest and a little dingy. One of our sinks had little flies living in it and they’d sit there all day. At least 5 flies at any given time in the bathroom. - Our mini fridge didn’t work and we had to call over 5 times to finally have it fixed so the first 2 days we didn’t have cold drinks in the room and it was so hot outside. - Food was not very good. The buffet food was mediocre and the specialty restaurants weren’t much better. The Gaucho steakhouse was the best meal we had of all. - The Vacation Rentals staff scamming guests into a “90 mins presentation” was extremely annoying. Our 3-day vacation was almost ruined because of it. Be aware and decline the offer for “a nice breakfast with a presentation and welcome gift” unless you want to sit through a 3-hour sales pitch for a vacation membership."

"Las habitaciones limpias y confortables, el staff muy atento y servicial, el desayuno, comida y cena no tienen variedad, la calidad es buena, pero déficit en variedad, repiten las comidas, no tienen mariscos (no salían del salpicón de mariscos y era solamente calamares, mejillones y dos o tres camarones, una tarde pusieron mero frito y solo te pusieron dos veces, los jugos son agua de azúcar, si sirven arroz habichuelas de comida, la ponen de cena otra vez, no tienen variedad, todo cierra a la 10:30 después de ese tiempo no hay snack en ningún lado, room service y hay que pagar 10 dol cada vez que uno llame, no hay discoteca, no hay snack, las amenidades de la piscina muy pobre, un día hicieron foam party y habilitaron un inflable en la arena para hacer eso, cuando siempre lo hacen en la piscina, es un resort muy aburrido en cuanto a actividades, la piscina nunca la limpiaron, siempre sucia con basura en el fondo, no ví a nadie pasando un colador para recojer la basura. En el área del coffee shop no hay abanicos, un calor insoportable, las chicas del coffee shop pasan mucho calor ay, y nosotros como huésped también, igual en el lobby, pongan más abanicos. Los restaurantes lo abren interdiario, solo hay 4 y es interdiario que abren cada uno."
